Great option in the off seaon
This place is comfortable. Rooms are clean, great beds, tub, balconies. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the bard closed around 10. The pool is pretty small, though I was the only one in it on a cold March weekday. In the off season I appreciated the comfort for the price but I would not really consider it luxury and would be hesitant to splurge for this place.

Get off the main strip for food, just gross food, expensive touristy spots near the beach.

Great Beach Stay!
Very nice hotel, stayed during the peak of the Shamrock Marathon weekend. Clean, modern, comfortable. Great hot tub and pool, great outdoor fire pit, not to mention the lounge downstairs (with happy hour specials!). Nice location on Atlantic Avenue around plenty of restaurants, etc. Oceanfront, with balconies overlooking the boardwalk and beach, very nice. Rooms were clean and had full kitchens. Staff was very friendly! Only major complaint is that check-out is 10 a.m., which seems very early compared to other hotels...especially for tired runners down for the race! Was able to get "late" check-out at 11 though. Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful and welcoming! Very nice stay.

AMAZING Valentines
This was a truly amazing property, the service was excellent and the views were to die for. I would stay here again in a heartbeat even in the dead of winter there was plenty to do with the Ultra Martini Lounge in the lobby and the amazing indoor pool with poolside fire pit and view of the ocean.
