Pretty Good experience
Hilton Virginia is the perfect location for the beach & all activities. The housekeeping ladies were very nice & kept our room smelling & looking fresh. The activties desk was great for discounts. The two staff there Lance & Patrick were both handsome & friendly. The beds were verry comfortable. Compliant-waiting for incidental check & not having an ocenfront view. But other then those 2 the exp was pretty good

This is a Hilton
Although the ocean view was fantastic and the staff was outstanding, I found it quite disturbing that the bathroom wasn't clean. The shower was discustinly dirty,also the tv remote was not user friendly. I am almost sure I will not stay at this Hilton in the future.

Just One Night
Neptune's Hilton!
We stayed one night, my first time in Va Beach since '92. Location is great. Right on the beach / boardwalk right next to Neptune's Statue. Very central and does not get better than this. Great restaurant (Catch31) and bar. Roof top lounge has superb view and endless edge heated pool on 20th floor. Also indoor heated pool. Parking in garage behind hotel with covered walkway above traffic. Spend a few dollars more and ensure you have an ocean front room. I watched dolphins in the sea from my balcony. Nice!

It was very nice!
The hotel was very nice! We had a wonderful view. The only thing that wasnt good was the room service as far as food. After I ate some Crab omlette I was not feeling good after that so would not recommend that plus its super pricey. Catch 31 which was also in the hotel was very very good when we ate there for lunch. At night we went to the sky bar and really enjoyed that so overall its a must to stay here.

If your looking for nightlife and dont want to leave the hotel...Sky bar and catch 31 are both night clubs and are alot of fun.

Fantastic room with an ocean view. Very comfortable king-size bed, excellent service and great in-hotel dining. We will be back.

summer get away
I was not please because I requested a corner suite which I did not receive. The staff was very pleasant but all in all was disappointed about the room situtation

Nice weekend get away.
Good service, right in the heart of the beach, and very kid friendly. There's a playground and two pools that were perfect for kids because they were not too deap. I would sign up for the Hilton honers next to because they get free breakast and it's free to sign up.

The good and not so good
We wanted to get away for a peaceful stay at a quality Hotel to de stress and rejuvinate. The concierge desk was a " front" for a timeshare pitch from a staff that pursued even when we were not interested. Although overall the staff was friendly , the restraunt was understaffed to handle the crowd. The near by airbase provided 12 hours of noisy fly bys which did not promote a relaxing evening. There were plenty of amenities in or close to the hotel for those who chose to engage in activities. Across the street was shopping and a vacation discount store that offered tickets at a discounted rate. Their employees were also aggresive in pursuing sales. The asthetics of the hotel were very pleasing , and the infinity pool on the roof provided an awesome way to see the ocean.

Do not eat at the hotel unless you have to. The food is average and the value is poor. A short walk to Holly street is the Moon cafe. Excellent food and a decent value for the quality.
