Boardwalk Villas

Hotel was pretty good. Good staff. Good restaurant on the bottom floor. Good location. Room was a bit small, but included the kitchen, fridge, blender, toaster, good full-sized coffee maker - which we didn't have at the Hilton up the street. The room provided less reason to call room service and get charged a million bucks. If you want to save money, buy your own food and avoid having to pay for meals because almost all restaurants in the area are super expensive. And if you want a nice family atmosphere, avoid Spring Break because it attracts not only kids going crazy, but a few older undesirables as well. May also be cheaper at other times of the year.

We had a great time at this hotel. The view of the ocean was perfect....The room was exactly what we expected, the only thing that I was disappointed about was there was no continental breakfast....Other than that our stay was Wonderful. Will definitely be back in the Spring.

Romantic Getaway

We enjoyed our hotel stay. It was pretty nice. They need to be a little more careful with the cleaning. We could tell the blankets haven't been washed and the dishes were not clean as well. Overall nice stay...but at a discounted rate. Night manager Mr. Terrence Washington (i think was his name) was phenomenal!

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

find out when restaurant week is and go at that time. Many restaurants had 10.00 lunch specials for the week. Saved a lot of money on these.

It Was Good..

The Hotel is very nice its right on the beach I love that it has a nice pool on the lower level of the hotel and a food spot. I just don't like the check in time and the check out time its not good timing you don't get all your time for the money you pay. Check in at 4:00pm and then Check out at 10:00am thats not fair to me and at 9:50am they lock ur room down so you can't get back in any where in the hotel.. : (

Extremely expensive for what you get...

The summertime rates for this 2star room are simply not worth it. This is a 80 dollar room that will go for as much as $400 during the summer. Sit on the balcony and get constantly splashed by ac run off from above, and it smells. The staff was very nice though and it's very close to the beach. I would not stay again....

Boardwalk

Room was too small. Bed was advertised as queen sized. In fact it was a double bed. Staff said that was the only size they had.

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

We booked this hotel for right after Memorial Day weekend. The desription of the room was city view. When my wife and I got to the hotel we looked at the room and it was in a corner with a view of the parking lot. We realized we needed a bigger room with a oceanfront view. The hotel manager was nice enough to offer us a one bedroom suite with an oceanfront view and a balcony for $50 more dollars each night. The price was still well below the going rate so it was worth it. The room was clean and comfortable perfect for a couples honeymoon.
