we arrived in Salt Lake before 2:00 p.m. we were able to check in earlier than 3:00. That was a bonus because we had meetings to go to. The room was nice and spacious compared to other motel rooms that cost more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast did have issues. They were doing some remodeling work and apparently the day before, the fire sprinklers had gone off in the breakfast area. The gal that was setting up breakfast had water soaked plates and plastic utensils under the counter Much to her surprise. So breakfast was a little later than 7:00 Overall, it was a nice time.

good stay
Loved the hotel and staff. Breakfast good. Quiet clean. Wished they would have told us they were going to turn water off for repairs so we could have been done showering from pool just before check out. Pool nice super clean, but small. Couch a little worn but everything clean and comfortable. Paul mitchell shampoo in rooms. Bed comfy also.

Nice stay!
My 11 year old son and I stayed for 2 nights so we could visit the zoo and water-park. We were very happy with the room. Very clean, beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, included a cozy separate seating area with love seat, 2 chairs and a large writing desk. Inside the front door there was a sink, microwave, fridge and cupboard with real glass glasses. We stayed in a Springhill Suites hotel in El Paso last year. This was identical right down to the lollypops on the front desk counter. The one thing I was not impressed with was the continental breakfast. Not so much but just OK. Also do not expect a view of the beautiful mountains surrounding Salt Lake City. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

A night away with the kids
My experience was very good. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable in every way. We even lucked out with the other guests -- really nice people. Breakfast was nice. The price was right. We'd go there again.

[...]had the address wrong in the email, took us to by the train station. With the GPS searched "Spring Hill Suites" and got there... little frustrated. The hotel computers did not run well enough to run the internet making printing things impossible. The manager even had me use his to no avail, recommend to print all things before going there.

Nice stay
The room was nice. I thought there would be a second TV in sitting area that would make the room more exceptional and convenient. As it was the TV had to be shared and viewed from a distance from each room. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and at a good temp. although the pool was a bit small.
