yuck

Room smelled damp and like it needed aired out. Went to go to bed at 10:30 and pulled back the covers to find dirty sheets and items left in the bed. Went to the hotel desk - they gave us a new room so we had to move all of our stuff to a new room. New room didn't smell any better. Thank goodness for febreze. Very dissapointed.

Don't stay in your room all day

If you are there for business then it's fine. Do not plan to stay in your room all day or it gets depressing. Leave early for your day and come back late and be tired enough to shower and knock out in bed. The comforter is gross looking and the room has a certain funky smell. They charged $86 a night...I think if other places were not booked we would not have come here.

worst brkfst

Shuttle service is okay but could be better. I was booked a Kingsize bed but ended up with a 2 queen size room because when I booked my room they had no more King size beds. The bed was very uncomfortable and breakfast was horrible. Just toast, bagel and waffles. No eggs, fruit or even any meat. The worst customer service, the midnight shift person didn't know anything.

Horrible. A one star rating is one star too much.

Filthy rooms. Nothing works. Continental breakfast is a joke. In the evenings, we saw lots of men standing around talking on cell phones. I assumed they were either pimps or drug dealers. Once we figured out what was going on, we checked out immediately.

There is nothing positive to say about this motel

Worst motel at which I have stayed. Filthy room. Horrible amenities. Overgrown, unkempt landscaping. "Continental Breakfast" was a joke. Staff was pleasant but unhelpful. We tried to overlook all the shortcomings, but ultimately could not do it. Checked out early.

Fair hotel

if you are looking for a place with a clean hotel room this is it. that is the only good thing I can say. The breakfast was terrible, the room key had to be inserted 3 times to open the door and we had some questionable people approach in the parking lot for money or work. I have stayed here three other times and didn't have any issues.

This place is a dump

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but this hotel is old, dingy, dirty and not well-kept. If I had known it was like this, I would not have stayed there. Not that I know, I will never stay there again.

Good deal

Our room had a big bush in front of its window, but that was not even bad as we didn't have to close our curtains. Also, having windows on the opposite side of the hallway was a good thing. Besides that, we thought the hotel was well maintained, clean, and comfortable, close to downtown SLC.
