price was good and the shuttle service to the airport was great they even made coffee for us before we left for our early flight.

Good for the price and location
The room was good for the price. Nothing fancy, but we didn't want to pay for fancy anyways so overall, a pleasant experience.

Skiing in Utah
We stayed at the Baymont because it was reasonably priced and an easy drive to all of the ski resorts around Salt Lake City. This was the second time we stayed there. The room was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was adequate for our needs. The downside was that the selection of TV stations was very small. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, cereals along with yogurt and the normal drinks. We remembered it as being better last year, but it was probably the same. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great - 5 minutes from downtown by car, less than 5 to the airport. For the price, the Baymont is a bargain.

Free breakfast, ride and parking!
This is our third stay at the Baymont Inn. There are very few hotels that offer free breakfast, free rides to and from the airport, and let you park your car at their establishment while you are on your trip for the excellent price they have. We drive from out-of-state so we arrive quite late but there is always someone there who helps us and does so very kindly. Somehow we get off on the wrong exit and end up at the airport every time. This time on our way back from the airport we ended up back in Bountiful before we were able to turn around. It's too bad there isn't a better exit for the Inn.

We asked the desk what would be open that was nearby at that late hour. Fortunately for us there was a diner next door and we could walk to it. We were the only customers so we received the best attention and some tasty homemade soup.

We liked it very much. It is our "hotel of choice" when we're traveling via the Salt Lake City airport or - in this case - picking someone up from the SLC airport. The restaurant nearby (can't remember the name) is also our "favorite place to eat" when we're near the SLC airport. Their $5.99 spaghetti special is wunnerful! wunnerful! And.... [*]

Travel. Needs better cleaning, more accessible area to ice maker, needs elevator, lighting poor and overall sprucing. Very poor, have gone to other Baymont sites and was very pleased.

Adequate for a short stay
We attended the NCAA Sweet Sixteen Men's basketball tournament. The hotel was adequate for our needs and though a distance from the event was easy to get there from the hotel.

good value
The overall stay was very good. We did observe worn trim and soiled carpet on the first floor where we stayed. The room was comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have in-room microwave and small refrigerator. The waffles were delicious and the lady making them was super friendly and gave great service. Overall, it was a very good value and we will probably stay there again.
