Garden View vs Main Hotel are two different things

If you are getting the bargain room here for around $100 a night, it is not like a 4 star hotel. The main tower is a 4 diamond hotel but if you stay in the garden view surrounding buidlings you don't feel like you are in a 4 star hotel

No TV, unprepared checkout staff

Pluses!. Nice room overall - arrival staff was excellent Negatives! -No elevator, hard to lift luggage on all those stairs, winter is probably worse -TV required additional charges to watch -Staff did not have my prepaid record at checkout. Checkout was extremely long and Russian staff lacked communication skills. Their behavior, lack of preparation and customer readiness (who & what time checking out) was unacceptable. I would still recommend to friend with caution. Negatives can be remedied by owners & staff.

Not worth it!

The hotel was in a good location except they were doing construction all around it so ther wasnt much piece and quiet. The room also had a balcony but it was so close to the other buildings that you just had a view of the other rooms, not a very good view at all. The building that our room was in smelled very bad and our beds were very hard, I actually slept on the floor because they were so uncomfortable. I was expecting a lot more and got a lot less. We are planning another trip to Park City and will not be staying here again.

Prospector Square Lodge & Conference Cen

THe hotel is good in general. 2 details to improve: - Internet wireless is slow, could be faster - No bath tub, the shower is very low (many times hit the head ) and the floor at the bathroom is very cold - take an croc or flip flop or ask for another floor towel to step in after you leave the shower. In overall the staff are very kindly and gentle, the heat of the room was ok, kitchen works pretty well, good location, even those without car can get the bus near the hotel. Good bedrooms, good housecleaning.

Cozy studio

Studio type of hotel room, with small kitchen, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dinning ware, and FIREPLACE! My wife really likes it. The front desk staff was very nice and patient. The only problem I have is the poor sound isolation, you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway. The hotel does require an early check out of 10 am. But you can call the front desk to see if you can check out a little bit late.
