Why pay less, and get more?
It wasn't clear, when I made the reservation, that this was a "self check-in" arrangement. (There were no staff on-site.) When I arrived I needed a check-in code number I'd never received, and it took a couple of phone calls to get the room number and the code to open the door. I was also required to pay a $100 cleaning deposit, at the time of check-in, that I wasn't previously told about, and that I still haven't been reimbursed for. The thermostat on the heater didn't work, so I had to turn it on, then off, and open the window, to regulate the heat. It had a Jacuzzi tub, but the room's hot water supply (it had its own water heater) was not sufficient to fill the tub. The window blind was broken and couldn't easily be lowered, once raised. (Most the cords were knotted and/or broken.) The room itself was reasonably clean, but the hall, and especially the elevator, looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The check-out time was 11:00 but the door code was automatically changed at 10:00, and I was locked out of the room while loading my car to leave! Fortunately, I had my phone with me, and when I finally reached someone, (remember, there's no staff on site) I was told, "Yeah, we've been having a problem with that." It took a while before someone showed up to let me back in the room. My guess is that this is a privately owned condo that's rented out, when not being used by the owner(s), by a management company. (It's clear that no one wants to make the investment to maintain or properly operate this property.) Though reasonably priced, it was not "guest friendly," to say the least.

The CH is a great place to stay in Park City. It is located directly behind a major hotel which means the local free buses stop close by on a routine basis. As for the room we got this trip (stayed here 4 times now) was okay. 1st floor, so hallway always smelt like smoke, the bed was very hard so regardless the day you had on the slopes or just enjoying the city meant you woke up sore. Be prepared that staying at the CH is a gamble. Sometimes it is great, sometimes not so much!

Good experience.
We had basic room with tiny but functional kitchen and generally speaking we were very satisfied. Initially the linens looked not so fresh but we asked for a new set and everything was great after that. Location is fantastic. There is free bus to all resorts and its minutes away from Main Street [ by bus] . I can recommend this place.

Great Value for Park City
Great place to stay while in Park City. Being in the center of town, it was easy to ski all three resorts. We've stayed here twice now. The room was nice, and fairly up to date. For $102 per night, it was a great value. When we needed to check in early (to change clothing for a snowmobile trip), the staff was extremely accomadating to get us in early. It can be a little "hit and miss" on the quality of the rooms... not all have been updated & may not be as comfortable. But we've had great luck here.

Short walk from hotel
The "Grub Steak House" is a great place to eat... about 2 blocks walk from the condo. An "Einstein Bagel" shop is a few blocks away also... a good breakfast place.

A little disappointed.
There is only one entrance. Very inconvenient. My room was decorated as one would expect in a ski town. (I loved it)! The bed was comfortable. The floors, rugs, needed to be cleaned better. When I entered the room it was boiling hot. If it would have been summer I would have been very angry. As it turned out...opening the windows cooled it down in about an hour. I would probably stay again if the price was right. Good location.

Room too Hot
Never checked into a hotel or condo before that did not have anyone in the lobby or check-in desk. Nor did we ever check in anywhere that had a lock and you were given a # to code in during your stay. The room was extremely warm when we arrived. Then we took the free shuttle to downtown for a few hours. When we returned, the room was even hotter. I would guess around 100 degrees. It was hard to cool down even with the outside sliding door wide open during the night.

Nice, Cheap Stay
Park City is always great. This location is a good, cheap place to rest. Check-in is a little confusing as you have to use a lockbox, but staff over the phone is helpful. Would stay again.

Nightmare check-in. parking problems
It was a night mare to check in. There is no "front desk", no clerk, no staff; only a phone to call somewhere else in town. One has to call this number, get a "code" to unlock a lock-box, then find your envelope with a code to open your room, and a key for the pool. My envelope had no key. The facility front door is locked at night, and you need a code to get in, but I was never given a code, so I had to wait for someone to exit so i could get in. Parking was full next to the facility, and the parking instructions in the envelope warned about parking in other areas, otherwise one was liable for a ticket. There has got to be a better way.
