Always leave happy
We've come to this hotel for years as a quick get away with my kids and hubby. It's not the ritz, but it's clean, breakfast is awesome and it cheap!

Good deal
We had a good relaxing stay here. The staff was pretty friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. We did a lot of shopping at the outlets just up the road, so it's a prime location. The rooms were great other than the beds, they were terrible! The breakfast buffet is awesome it balances out the beds. Overall it is such a good deal I would stay there again.

Great hotel overall
The pool was pretty small. There is an additional fee for the bacon and sausage. They are not part of the free hot breakfast. That said, the breakfast was pretty good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Arts Festival
Not Very Happy
The room was not clean. The dust was everywhere in the room. The breakfsat was good. We won't stay there again.

Loved it!
The hotel was great, it had a full on breakfast buffet that was FREE, that was amazing. My kids loved the pool area with ping pong & a pool table & then the other game room. It has a perfect location too. They were able to check us in early which was a big help because we were there for a soccer tournament. My only complaints were our room smelled a little off upon entering & when the room above us showered at 6 am the sound of the water was incredibly loud. Everything else was perfect!

Wisconsin Dad Chad
Poor
We arrived late Wed. night got a few hours sleep. Thursday we used the hot tub and pool. Friday the hot tub was closed............ Front desk would not give a reason. I was not feeling well and haven't been since 1st day of vacation. I just found out I have an internal skin infection. Hot tub? Best Western now says it was closed because a failure. Questionable......

A Very good family experence
Very Pleasant, It was as nice as any 3 star hotels that I have stayed at in 35 Years of traveling, and staying in hotels and motels all over the USA.
