Convenient, great price and service.
Wanted to take my wife to visit Graceland for years. This motel had a great rating and the bonus was a 1/2 block away from Graceland (an easy walk even for an old guy like me). Great service, wonderful people, clean rooms. This hotel made it more pleasent (I love friendly folks).

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
We usually eat late in the evening at nice restaurants when traveling. Our meals here were late nights and not being familiar with the area we did not drift far. We took home and ate fast foods from restaurants which were a short drive down the road. Eating back at our room allowed us time together alone. Our room had a pleasent aptmosphere. We did not see any steak houses but that does not mean they were not near by.

Right opposite Gracelands!
If you are an Elvis fan, you will be in heaven. 24 hour Elvis movies, Elvis music and photos everywhere. The whole hotel could do with some maintenance, especially the guitar shaped pool. Gracelands is just across the road.

Unbeatable location
We were there to view Graceland and the marching ducks at the Peabody Hotel plus tasted Uncle Lou's Fried chickens. The proximity to Graceland and 24hr. Elvis movies on TV were the selling point for us. Unfortunately, the movies were a joke, half of the time we were staring at the title screen. We had to call down to the front desk numerous to get the movie started. The 24hr. movie was the same movie over and over again for 24hr. or more. We woke up with "Clam Bake" went to bed with it, woke up the next morning with the same movie. The towels were so thin we could see through it, in fact one of them we actually did see through it because there was a hole in it. We did not use the small pool, it didn't look inviting with paint peeling all around and inside the pool. However, the made it yourself waffle at breakfast and the walking distance to Graceland and close proximity to Uncle Lou's Fried chicken were the bright spot on the whole stay.

Cycling to Graceland
Outstanding location, just a very short walk to Graceland and other Elvis attractions. Staff was great, room was great for the price, and city bus stops just across the street for a short ride to Beale St. attractions. Would highly recommend this motel.

A REALLY GREAT PLACE TO STAY
THE HOTEL WAS A VERY ENJOYABLE PLACE TO STAY. THE STAFF WERE VERY COURTIOUS AND HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WAS A GOOD WAY TO START THE DAY. WE MET THE OWNERS AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN SHOWING US WHERE TO EAT AND SAVE MONEY AT THE SAME TIME. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO GRACELAND AND WE COULD WALK TO ALMOST ANYTHING THAT WE WANTED TO SEE. WE ENJOYED THE TRIP AND WOULD GO BACK THERE IF WE WENT TO MEMPHIS AGAIN.

Elvis-Elvis-Elvis
Very short walk to Graceland. A great location to visit Elvis's world for any fan. The hotel staff was very courteous & helpful. No complaint on the room as it met our needs nicely. Marlowe's BBQ & Pink Caddy Limo service to the Hotel was great! The area around Graceland is one that I'd advise using caution before walking around after dark.

unbeatable location for the price.
Great location and great price! The hotel was walking distance to Graceland and shops. Also the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. On the down side, the beds were hard and not very comfortable. Despite that we would definately stay here again.

Walk to Graceland
We stayed at the Days Inn because it was next to Graceland. Even though the location wasn't great we never had a problem but due to the area we only left the motel to visit Graceland then we left, we never strayed away to sight see. We walked to Graceland and nearby shoppes. It is a very busy tourist area with lots of people walking the shoppes. Days Inn had a great breakfast and at our stay there were lots of people staying there. Staff was friendly and it had everything that the motel listed so no false advertising.
