Travelodge San Antonio/Near Fort Sam/ATT Center

It has been quiet here during my stay. My wife kicked me out of the house for a bit and I came here to be alone. During the day it was especially quiet. It isn't the cleanest hotel in which I've stayed, but then again, I don't ever think hotels are clean. The (what I assume is a family) staff are all very friendly at the front desk. They allowed me to extend my stay to two extra days with $10 off each night from their listed rate. It is located close to JBSA and SAMC which is a good thing, and it's not a far drive from DT SA so that is also a good thing. Very good value. I'd stay here again no questions asked.

I got a great deal now I know where to stay when we go to San Antonio.

This place is 5 minutes away from Downtown, that was very accessible to my needs since I was coming from Houston for the Rock and Roll half marathon. Personnel very helpful and friendly. However, the place was average, just right for sleeping, and get out the next day. One thing that they need to oversee is the check out time, 11:00a.m, sorry it was too early.

Since I was unable to check in. And i was unable to get my car rental. All because of my age (19). I had to stay with a random person and the other night at the airport. Other then that it was pretty good

The hotel is run down, no elevator to the second floor, door handle to my room was so messed up you had to hold it a certain way to get the door open. The deadbolt wouldn't turn and the security bar that you can fold over on the top of the door was totally broke and didn't work. The coffee pot didn't work the whole 3 days I was there and the staff's answer to that was that they had coffee downstairs 24 hrs a day. This hotel is mainly for construction workers because it's cheap and I definitely would not stay there again. Also the internet didn't work for 1 1/2 days and when it did work the signal is so poor you had to find the best place to sit in your room to get the signal. It was not a pleasant experience to stay there and I couldn't wait to get out. It is also not located near any stores or food so if you want something you have to drive 8-9 miles down the road. The staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable to be helpful.

The hotel delivered exactly what it promised. It is very close to Ft. Sam Huston, which is great for military graduations. It is comfortable enough and economical.

I stayed there for 9 nights. The location is terrible. Hard to find and not near any stores or restaurants. Vending machines are your closest source of food. The hotel provides brochures of places that deliver but of course aren't any good and are expensive. My stat wasn't terrible but it definately could of been better

The hotel is not bad for te price. The staf was very friendly. Thebad part was, if I was in my room when the housekeping staff made their rounds, I did not get room service that day. So I had no clean towels by the end of my stay. Not a huge deal since they are reusable, however, it would have been nice to have my garbage removed every day and get more coffee

The Customer Service was Great. The room was nice and clean. The problem is that the A/C did not work and the room was very uncomfortable. They did find another room, but it was in the smoking section. Overall, it as a good stay.
