Travelodge San Antonio/Near Fort Sam/ATT Center

The Travelodge ft sam att center was terrible the location was good for the activities we had planned. The pool was closed the whole time we were there which was very dissappointing because we had planned a whole day to stay at the hotel and swim but we ended up having to spend more money for activities to replace the pool. I won't stay here again.

My family and I were in San Antonio to go to Fiesta Tx, and we could not have asked for a better deal and room . Lots of space and very comfortable! Very quiet and we decided next time we travel we will stay in this hotel! No pool but that was fine for us!

This place is better place for family tourist. They have room for family who really need two king matresses. In my opinion, this hotel will save your money if you stay here.

The Customer Service was Great. The room was nice and clean. The problem is that the A/C did not work and the room was very uncomfortable. They did find another room, but it was in the smoking section. Overall, it as a good stay.

Stayed 2 nights, did not clean room, did not bring clean sheets or towells. No maid service for a 2 night stay. Very Dissappointing !!!

Did not clean our room after our first night of stay. Did not bring fresh towells or anything. I went to front desk and all he said is maid service has left for the day, at 3pm in afternoon. He did give me 3 towells.

The hotel is in a good location. You are able to access the highway and move around. Check in is quick. Although, I had a non smoking room, there was a cigar smell in the room. Had to get some OUST to rid the room of the smell. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean with clean linen.

This hotel was not convienent at all. The closest Convienence store was over a mile away. Only 1resteraunt within some what walking distance. And it was over a mile away also. Ok the hotel did have delivery service from local resteraunts. But the food was horrible. First of all none of the driver's ever had change and being from out of town who carrie's cash. I never had anything smaller than a $20.00 bill and my bill came to a few dollar's. This was very inconvient, the hotel didn't even have change at the front desk. So, needless to say, I starved after 8pm when the resteraunt closed. The airconditioning in the hotel also blew out more fungus than cold air. I am a hay fever sufferer so I was miserable all week. Over all I'de have to rate this a C minus only because of the hotel accomadation's.

Hotel was nice for the price. The pool and whirlpool were extremely clean. The maids cleaned the room daily. The hotel was clean and there were cameras on the inside and outside of the lodging. It was a good experience.

The Travelodge was just an inexpensive hotel for a one night stay when our flight into San Antonio was arriving at 1100pm. The door to the room was stuck and although the key blinked green, we could not get it to budge. The desk clerk had to come down the hall and kick it open. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, but the sink vanity was sticky or tacky you might say. In fact there was some kind of paper stuck to it. Like I said it was a place to sleep for a few hours before we headed home in the morning after some rest.
