Travelodge San Antonio ATT Center / I-10 East

There were only two other rooms rented during our stay. Hotel was absolutely deserted. No breakfast was served the first day and front desk door was locked with no one attending. When we asked for a coffee pot in our room manager/owner Patel accused us of stealing it "it should have been in your room or the maid would have reported it missing" he told us. He reluctantly got us one. The following day a few muffins were put out but no coffee was made. Muffins looked like they were left over from Patel's kitchen. All vending machines and ice machines were unplugged so no food for breakfast or anything else could be found. Most lights are off at night and hotel was deserted. When we asked to move manager/owner refused to accommodate us. We called this site as well as mother company who both told us that we needed to deal with Patel who was unreasonable. If my husband had not been present with me I would have felt unsafe in a deserted hotel.

Hotel is not the same as in the pictures. No breakfast served and we were the only residents in a big dark lonely hotel. When we asked for a refund the manager refused.

I have stayed at worse hotels. The telephone didn't work, and the TV was on the blink. The towels weren't replaced when house keeping came by. The location was terrible. It was a nice distance from downtown if you had your own car, but for a taxi it's terrible. One cab driver didn't even know where it was, I had to use the GPS maps on my mobile to show him.

We came from Austin for a Spurs game and picked TraveLodge because it was about a mile from the stadium. We had no idea what to expect. We were very happy with the outcome! The room smelled fresh and clean, the fridge was already cold and the front desk person was fast and friendly. I had the best sleep I have EVER had in a hotel in their bed. I was very very happy with my choice. I will stay there again!

I spent a few nights here. Last time I was here in November I stayed for one day and it was just awesome. The room was spacious and very clean. No smell of smoking or anything. The manager on duty was courteous as well. Overall I would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking for a decent stay near the AT&T center for any event.

Close to the interstate and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Not a lot of extras, but a good deal for the price.

The room was clean but the only problems I had were. The shower or should I say the tub part because it drained so slow that I had to shut off the water so the water could drain so I wouldn't be standing in a tub full of water.this made taking a shower twice as long. The other problem was the fact that there wasn't a iron in the room. I had to go to the front desk and get a iron and was told to bring it right back because they didn't want it left in the room. I thought that was very odd.

This was a nice room when you are on a budget. We will definately consider staying here again.

The hotel continental brunch was disappointing. White bread, white bagels, muffins and 2 kinds of cereal. I sat in the table area for a couple of hours working on the computer. I saw many disappointed people looking over the food. For the first time in my life, the manager of the hotel called the room at 10:15 a.m. and reminded us that the check out time was 11 a.m. This hotel had few guests, so it wasn't like check out on a non-busy Sunday morning was real important. The area where the hotel is located is a very low-income area. However, you get what you pay for, 3.8 miles to the Alamo/River Walk, right off the highway for easy exit, clean room with a refrig. and microwave.

This hotel was in the middle of nowhere near a bad neighborhood. All restuarants are on the West side of San Antnio. The hotel wasn't kept up very well. And the pool was broken.
