The front Desk folks were not very customer friendly, seems like they did not want to talk, the rooms were small, TV old, no cable, channels not coming in clear, No HBO or other Good Channels; toilet had rust stains; towels were rough; carpet seems dirty, may need to be replaced; Bed Okay, clean sheets; breakfast was horrible! Cheap to say the least! Coffee water down; powder creamer and sugar, should not advertise free B'Fast; not Computer room; Price OK for the area! Would stay elsewhere at next visit!

You Get What You Pay For
The front desk was really nice, but room service was horrible. Was there for 4 nights and not once did they show up. First day was ok because we were still in room anr I had put the do not disturb sign, but i still had to go look for them to ask for towels and tp. The next 3 days we would leave the room like at 12pm and go downtown or eat and not come back until 4-5pm and they had still not done the room. Keep in mind that when we would leave the cleaning crew was only a couple rooms down the hall, so it's not like they weren't even on our floor because they were. The 3rd day we got back and the room was still not done my wife went and asked the lady if they were going to clean it and she just said a rude yes. They finally came in and all they did was replace towels and clean the shower. Only took them about 5 minutes which made me wonder what was taking them so long to do our room. .

As expected nothing special
Staff was very polite and courteous. Forgot my toothpaste and was charged $1.00 for a small packet, have never been charges anywhere else for same. Was shocked to see "get to know Islam" books on check in counter and Korans laying in hallway by evevator? Fire alarm in hallway going off for almost 2 hrs late evening staff could not shut it off, some one in another floor room over cooked popcorn no fire just smoke. Smoke alarm in my room was hanging from wires. Overall average stay I guess.

Good Location.
Hotel staff was very curtious and rooms were clean. Only complaint is that the breakfast could has been better. Was only cereal and waffles.

Nothing great
So-so room, nothing great but did have frig & microwave. White towels were gray, shower almost ran out of hot water. Sheets were clean, blanket was stiff & cheap but did the job. Worst was the mattress was shoved over towards the wall so I hit my shin really hard on the part that holds the mattress in place since it was covered by the comforter. Housekeeping can't have overlooked that, it should have been fixed.No ice in ice machine to ice it down, so huge bruise in the morning. Didn't stick around for breakfast. Stayed here before, has gotten worse since then.
