Staybridge Suites SAN ANTONIO-NW COLONNADE

I used to stay at the Omni next door, but couldn't this time as the Omni was under construction. However, I now prefer the Staybridge Suites. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, I loved having a small kitchenette, and the free breakfast was actually pretty good (everything from scrambled eggs and sausage to hot oatmeal). I was able to get something from the small store (a soda) merely by writing my name and room number down and identifying the item. This meant that a staff person didn't have to be around.

Had a great time with my daughter who is in the Air Force! The hotel was very nice, easy to get to and wonderful staff. The breakfasts were delicious. the only hitch was the leaky air conditioner, it had to be blow dried by the staff twice and it was kinda wet and drippy sounding. They offered a new room on the last night, but I was leaving early the next day and declined.

Very nice hotel, location superior, free breakfast, free laundry, free parking( what better hotel to chose from) . Also free drinks from 5-7pm Mon/tues

We were greeted with a warm Texas welcome & the room exceeded our expectations! Kitchen suite with all we would need to cook, great breakfast every morning, heated pool, grill and BBQ equipment there to use, free parking and to top it off the laundry (we didn't expect to need) was there and at NO CHARGE! Easy to find, we spent a lot of time in downtown San Antonio and it was an easy drive. Great restaurants near by. Housekeeping was attentive and the hotel was clean. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites! Thank you!

This hotel was great we have our own kitchen area along with everything that you needed to cook with we also had everything needed to eat with. The free laundry area was also a plus it was nice to not have to travel with dirty laundry or to have to wash when we came home. Staff is very nice and helpful and they are currently up grading part of the hotel and with that going on the hotel is very clean.

You really wanna break the necks of all your patrons with those impossibly uncomfortable pillows? I needed 4 for any comfort at all and I really needed more!

It was a very enjoyable comfortable stay! We would stay at this location again without hesitatation.

They exceeded our expectations. Great hospitality. Hotel was filled to capacity and they accidently gave our room to another family, but they corrected that immediately and gave us a gift for our inconvenience. Breakfast buffet was great and we took advantage of it everyday. Would definitely stay there again.

I was in town for a friend's wedding; this was my first trip to San Antonio as well as Texas. My stay was perfect. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the shower was divine. Highlights: I couldn't bring a razor in my carry on bag on the plane, so I went to the 24 hour store located in the hotel lobby. When I went to buy a razor, I was instead given a complimentary razor from the hotel, which was a super nice 5 blade one! This might have been just a random promotion; I'm not sure. The hotel breakfast includes waffles in the shape of TX! AND, there is a DVD library available in the lobby. The only thing I would caution people about is that one reason that I booked this hotel is that I saw on the website an advertisement for a complimentary shuttle within 5 miles. However, when I asked the concierge about this, I was told it was only available "[on a contract basis]" or something like this. I was a little confused but I wasn't able to take the shuttle to the church which was within that radius and which I had planned on doing. You might want to look into this!

Some of our favorite features of this hotel was breakfast and dinner being provided. How nice to not have to go out to find something to eat. And not only do they have kitchens in the rooms, but you can BBQ outside by the pool. The worst part of our stay? Trying to get back onto frontage road and then the expressway. It's too bad there wasn't a back way to leave the hotel.
