Great Location
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see. I do feel that the price was a little bit high for the room, but overall, a wonderful stay.

Fabulous Choice!
The front desk people are very helpful. Everyone is beyond polite and make you feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom doesn't have a sink? or a mirror? and the thermostat was way off, but these are small inconveniences. The location is perfect for the Alamo Plaza, the Riverwalk and River Center. Loved it!

The free breakfast buffet offered here is substantial. Eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt oatmeal and more. But it ends promptly at 9:30, so sneak down and fill up before you head out.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations; for the price, the rooms are spacious and super-clean, an excellent hot breakfast, and the front desk staff never failed to say good morning or good evening when I walked by, exceptional by my standards.

Great place to stay
Excellent location near everything. Breakfast was included. Rooms spacious and clean. Only downfall is cost of parking $21.00 a night and the lot was right behaing the building not sure why as a customer we couldn't have just pulled in there if not for the parking cost would have given them a 5 star again great value if not for the cost of parking. Staff isn't very outgoing or polite as they should be.

Great Price and Value
Had 5 people and a baby. Good accomadations. Excellent self serve breakfast. Clean and in good condition. Only bad thing is front door not always monitored so anyone can get into the lobby.

Go somewhere else
The staff was the only good thing here. You have to pay $21.00 a day for parking at the hotel. The breakfest in the morning is terrible..
