The stay was a very good spot to be in. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The cleaning staff shorted us on towels, but were very accomadating.

Nice Hotel

Loved the Murals in the hotel. Was within walking distance of most all attractions but name is somewhat deceiving as it is on the riverwalk but not the area where the activity is. Quiet and clean and well cared for.

Not Bad

It's in a good location, but does not have direct access to the River Walk. You must leave the hotel and walk across the street then down to the River Walk. Some of the rooms have balconies...so be specific when you reserve your room. It was clean. The staff was okay. The restaurant was good but too expensive. I would stay again because the price was good and the location was convenient to everything. It cost $12 a day to park at the hotel in addition to the room charges.

Convention trip logistics made easy

The location was close to the convention center in San Antonio, and to the River Walk on my free hours. The bathrooms were recently renovated, and the staff seem to be assertive in replenishing bottled water and preztles in the room. My room was just across from the pool which was nice, but I heard kids a lot and I didn't have time to relax there due to business.

Thats it?

We came to town for a kid free night away, opted to pay extra for the "view" of the river walk and ended up with a view of the dead end and a construction site. That was our wake up call at 7am, jack hammers and diesel engines. If a view is what you are looking for, go somewhere else, otherwise go for the king sized bed and some ear plugs.

Nice hotel in SanAntonio but...

I was attanding a professional coference. it was hot and I needed water. The hotel provided only 2 small bottles. I requested additional bottles. Received them first day very fast. I was also informed, that there was no limits on the quantity. I requested more water next day again. Waited over an hour (called 4 times). When I checked out I was charged for 6 bottles of "complimentary" water. Called mgmt with a complant and was told that I don't have to come to the hotel if I don't like it. I was also refused a credit. Pool was too small and shallow and frequently thre were no towels available. The restaurant was closed at 3 pm in spite an info in the room that it is opened .

Just Right

Very clean hotel. Right across the street from the Riverwalk and within walking distance to several other attractions. We traveled over the President's Day holiday. The restaurant and bar were both closed.

Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend trip, the hotel said it was right on the riverwalk but it is actually a short walk, the pool isn't that great and there is not a jacuzzi, the staff was very friendly and the beds were comfy. Overall it was a good experience.
