Welcoming Rooms
The beds were comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, the bathroom was tidy and very clean. I will stay there again.

SeaWorld Trip
Better than expected for the price. Room, lobby, and halls were clean. Room was large. Very good value for a hotel of this class. Much better than recent Motel6's we've stayed at. Free wifi was nice.

we did not spend much time at the hotel. The room was clean, bud did not have much in it. Low quality beddings, towels, etc.

Red roof hotel provides a wide variety of food delivered into your room. Since it is cooked in red roof cafe it comes really fast and at any time of the day!

The hotel is in a good location except for the nightclub right,beside it. Sat night was so noisy

It was ok.
When we went into the first room we were given, there was crickets all over the floor and bed. We immediately walked out and went back to the front desk and told him about the crickets. He says, "O I didn't tell you about that? Yea its cricket season. They get in from the air conditioning." I thought he was joking, but he was not. I then asked for a room on the second or third floor. That room did not have a stopper for the tub. It took two days of asking for us to get one. There is a night club right next to the hotel, and at night the parking lot fills up with people going to the night club. There is signs saying towing enforced, but the hotel did not enforce it at all. Other than all of that, the hotel was fine. Our second room was clean every day when we got back from our day out.

A great place to hang your hat in Texas
We were placed in a smoking room, but they cheerfully changed us over to non-smoking when we requested it. There was always someone to greet us in the lobby when we passed through.

Unclean and rundown
The hotel was easy to find and in a good location for what we were looking for. The woman at the front check in was not very friendly and seemed to be irritated with my infant who was fussy and hungry (she had just been in a car for 5 hours). We got to our room and it was decent. Nothing special. The bathroom was gross though. There were paint chips on the floor and the tub was gray. The mattresses on the beds were completely worn out and my husband and I both wound up with really sore backs. I doubt we will ever be staying at this location again.

My review of Red Roof Inn San Antonio West - SeaWorld
The Red Roof Inn @ SeaWorld was very nice. The hotel staff was very accommondating when the a/c in our first room did not cool properly. As we moved to a handicapped room for cool air, it still was a comfortable room. I did miss the counter space next to the sink, as it was a pedestal basin. But sleeping in a cool room made the sacrifice well worth the inconvenience. As for location, it was central to everything I wanted.
