military wife and mom
Unclean and rundown
The hotel was easy to find and in a good location for what we were looking for. The woman at the front check in was not very friendly and seemed to be irritated with my infant who was fussy and hungry (she had just been in a car for 5 hours). We got to our room and it was decent. Nothing special. The bathroom was gross though. There were paint chips on the floor and the tub was gray. The mattresses on the beds were completely worn out and my husband and I both wound up with really sore backs. I doubt we will ever be staying at this location again.

Very close to Lackland AFB. We were there for a graduation of our young man.

Sea World Lacey
Quality and Reasonable
Comfortable large room. Safe in room nice touch, wireless access feature in lobby did not work properly requiring TMobile access fee. Parking was well lite and offered secure feeling. Staff friendly and knowledgeable of the area assisting in finding restaurants and service needs.

Hard to locate hotel by name
It was hard to find since it just said Red Roof Inn not SeaWorld like in advertisement. We only stayed for one night, we were then transferring to another hotel on Air Force Base. Rooms were pretty clean, but not many towels left for three people in one room.

Good Basic Lodging
It was a modest room, but due to the fact that it was only 79USD per night for 4 people including taxes, It was an excellent choice for me and my family. If you (like me) just use the hotel to sleep, then this is a good cheap option.

Good Service + Great Location
Spend some time at the pool, it was small but clean and recently painted. Ice maker a plus.

Don't Go To Red Roof Inn
The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled of smoke. When we questioned them about it they said it was non-smoking, however, we found an ash tray in the room. There was hair in the sheets and requested a linen change and they said to come get the sheets and we could change them. There were toe nail clippings in the floor at the edge of the bed. This place was bad.

Red Roof not so "Inn"
The hotel was very close to Sea World. Other than that I would never stay there again. The rooms were not completely clean and there was an odor that seemed to linger in the hallway and room.
