La Quinta Inn San Antonio Sea World/Ingram Park

It's not high end but a good value for what it is. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and cheerful. No problem and would stay there again.

It was quiet and very uneventful. Just what I wanted. We checked into the room, bed was clean and comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. The Cable TV was great and the picture good. Overall I had a great experience. Would book this hotel again and probably will. The location was also great for me.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk person asked what was important to me in a room and I stated a room in a quiet area was most important. He was very accommodating. It was nice and quiet. I enjoyed sitting in the beautiful tranquil setting by the pool. I would stay there again

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Perfect location off the 410 right between SAT and Lackland Air Force Base. Breakfast selection was awesome.

Please don't stay here, this hotel ruined our whole vacation...It's noisy, dirty, the staff is rude....Horrible!!

From the pictures I viewed, I thought the rooms would look better. The pool was freezing! Very disappointed about that. Great location however. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms were not well sound-proofed and each room has a door and window to the outside, in other words, there are no interior corridors. 1: noise from the highway was a lot louder because of the exterior door. 2: you could hear every person who walked back and forth to their rooms on all three levels. 3: the hotel is next to a 24-hour restaurant so during the middle of the night, trucks would make deliveries. I was there for 3 days. The first day, there was no shampoo. The second day, there were 2 bottles of shampoo. The third day, there was no shampoo again and used towels were not replaced with new ones. Also, the coffee and condiments were not restocked either. Lastly, aside from making the beds, wiping the sink, and emptying the trash, the room was not cleaned well. The breakfast room was too small to handle the amount of hotel guests.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We were in town for my Daughters graduation from USAF Basic Training and it was important to be close to Lackland AFB. Beds were comfortable, showers hot at all times, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, close to good restaurants and the airport. I couldn't have asked for better!!!

My first room was a non-smoking room with a king sized bed, but the person who stayed before me smoked in it. Us non-smokers can tell immediately if someone smoked in a room or not. They moved me into a room with 2 full beds, which is all I really needed. The beds were okay. Housekeeping does need to do a better job cleaning though, there was hair on the wall in the bathroom that was not my own before I took a shower. There was also no trashcan in the room I stayed in, so I had to as for one. The staff is friendly, I would just suggest they get new room service staff.
