One Bad Apple
Secure your items
Sometimes it takes one bad event to spoil the whole experience. On the third day of our stay we noticed an item missing from our room. We gently asked if any headphones had been turned in hoping they would be returned when a pang of guilt set the person straight. The following day our room was not made up!! The person had already left the floor when we returned at 2pm... We are forced to believe the person responsible for cleaning our room took the headphones. Our second inquiry at the front desk turned up a set of headphones! We were glad to have them back but upon closer inspection noticed that they were similar but not the right ones! How tricky! The manager was polite and seemed genuine in her desire to correct the situation. While the hotel is providing a refund of replacement value through your company, we must say we would not return to this hotel... perhaps the comment that "you should use the safe to secure your valuables" is still ringing in our ears! Once we lock our room we consider our belongings safe. We would hope that the staff would like to be considered trustworthy! FYI We did use the safe for our true valuables!

Great room at a great price
Staff was excellent and room was better than expected. Only downside was their breakfast. While it was a full breakfast, you could not eat in their small dining area because of the crowds

Short walk from hotel
Japanese steak house. Ask for Alex. Prepared a delicious meal at the table and made great conversation not to mention his entertaining tricks with feats with cooking utensils.

LQ Medical Center San Antonio TX
My family and I had an amazing experience at this hotel!!! The staff was incredible and our room was perfect. Also, the price was very reasonable. We are most definitely coming back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
