I was here on personal business. I found the room very comfortable with the exception of the room temperature fluctuating with it automatically turning off. I would suggest a written guide on working your TV as it takes a while to figure it out. Love your parking availability and price although it would have been better indoor parking. You could use someone to assist with the guest's vehicle traffic of incoming as well as outgoing. You need porter service. It would help if you offered free airport bus shuttle or at least advertise the fact there's shuttle service for a fee at the airport to the hotel. When I called nobody had information on this service. I love your location!

The hotel is definitely a high end La Quinta. The location is next to the River Walk. The breakfast provided a nice selection and the room was clean and comfortable.

Perfect hotel near everything.
We stayed here during a convention for 5 nights. Easy check In. Very friendly accommodating staff. Great free breakfast buffet. You can walk everywhere. To convention center or riverwalk and plenty of shopping. Was a perfect hotel with reasonable rates.

Go to the tower of the Americas for dinner or go to the observation floor. Free to go up and see the city! Happy hour at the bar 1/2 price drinks 4-7pm. Beautiful views.

Overall, the hotel was perfect for the purpose that I choose; however, they need to advise that parking is NOT FREE. $21 per day seems exaggerate. Bathroom maintenance needs attention to detail The sink was clogged and the toilet bowl with hard water residues. The door frame was loose and the Air Conditioner was not programmed for optimum coolness. As a courtesy, the parking fees must be waived in order to get it more attractive.

Clean room, great location
Reasonable rates at a great location. 2-3 blocks from the Alamo, Riverwalk, right next to RiverCenter. Pool and hot tub were clean. Free breakfast was good but there weren't enough tables to sit at. I would stay there again.

It was a clean and convenient place to stay. Easy walk to Riverwalk, Alamo and more. It has a hot tub and pool that is a private and relaxing place to use.
