We had a great experience the hotel staff was excellent, the rooms clean, service very friendly. Close to everything we had to to get too. My grandson graduated from Lackland AFB. We had a great time will visit again. Thanks Diana

bad housekeeping
Out of my five night stay, my room was only cleaned twice due to the lies of the housekeeping crew. The first day they claimed i had put the do not disturb sign on the door and did not remove it, which was false since i left my room at 10 am and the tag was inside my room on the floor. Then they picked up my suitcase and a shopping bag, and put them on the beds, and could not clean the room claimimg that if personal items are left on the bed they cannot touch the beds. Well my whole family of five can swear to the fact that all our stuff was on the floor in a corner when we left the room. So it is quite obvious that the houskeeping crew are lazy and lie to get out of cleaning the rooms. Other then that, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious.

Great Location
Room clean, staff very nice. We travel to San Antonio for our son graduation. It was accesible to Lackaland Airforce Base (10 minutes). Only issue for us, was that breakfast should start earlier than 6:30 am since we had to leave the hotel before 6:00 am for graduation activities at base.

Great accommodations
We stayed here for our son's military graduation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many delicious choices. Would highly recommend . Steakhouse next door excellent food!

Air Force Graduation
We were in town for my son's Air Force boot camp graduation. The hotel is in a great location - fairly average hotel. There were several small maintenance issues. They have a very nicely done complimentary breakfast and an exceptional staff!

Go to Cheddars Casual Cafe. They have a large selection, GREAT prices and very large portions. Food was delicisous! Could easily split one meal between two people!

Airforce graduation!
The staff was so friendly and helpful, and made our stay here perfect! Thanks for making me coffee at three in the morning! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location perfect, and I would highly recommend a stay here!

One of the best hotel stays I've experienced
I can't say enough about our stay at this hotel. We where here for our son's graduation from USAF and chose this hotel based on reviews I read. I must say I was more than pleased with the choice. The location was perfect, just about 6 miles from the base but far enough away that we where in a better area of town close to many restaurants and right next to the beautiful movie theatre. The rooms, pool area with hot tub, grounds and dining area where kept spotless. Our room was great too. The staff was very friendly. We washed our son's uniform and when the dryer was full they dried it for us in the comercial machine. The breakfast was great and even when we had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time there was coffee, muffins, etc. available for us. Loved the hot tub too.

Still Water Steak House right next door. My son said it was the best steak. Of course after eight weeks of basic training it didn't take too much to satisfy him. But we loved it too.

It was okay!
When arriving to hotel after check-in hours, our room still had not been cleaned and staff had left for the day!! We were given another room and our money back for that night for the inconvenience it caused us. Other than that mishap it was a overall good stay. Free breakfast every morning, comfortable beds & close to all the activities we wanted to visit.
