Great Location on Riverwalk!
Clean, modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very solid built rooms -- quiet! Staff was very friendly at all times. Fabulous location right on the Riverwalk! Close to Alamo and tons of awesome restaurants! One ding: Pool size and deck is a disappointment.

Great location on the river near the convention center
Was in town for a conference and this was the best mix of value and location I found. Was pleased with the set-up and the amenities. The room was quiet and well kept with a very comfortable bed. Loved having the balcony, even facing away from the river it was a great view of the evening lightning and thunderstorms. The location on the river had many great options and the was within easy strolling distance of all the major downtown attractions. I would consider coming back here again in a heartbeat with my family as well.

Fiesta weekend
I expected more for the price ($199)! Staff was nice but I've stayed at lower priced hotels where the staff surpassed this hotel's service. The parking was not included in the price (almost $30). If you wanted wi-fi, that was also not included (9.95). Breakfast was not included. Overall--overpriced.

Fiesta Getaway
Location was prefect for all our Fiesta events especially our corner room to watch parade from balcony. Some of the Hotel staff need to work on acknowledging every person that walks into Hotel, however some staff members were very polite. Overall, we will be definitely staying next year & possibly bringing family member's to enjoy as well.

Pretty Good for Business
If cost is of no concern to you, this is a fantastic place. Valet is pricey, and you're charged for internet usage. Good location on the riverwalk- which may be accessed via their elevator. Beautiful lobby area as well.

easter break
my husband and i spent two fabulous days enjoying the hotel's offerings and the river walk. the meals and people watching were delicious and fun in that order and just relaxing in our lovely room exactly what we had hoped for. the construction across the river was a bit noisy but afforded viewing entertainment. the parking was a bit steep but certainly convenient.

Girls night
The pool was ridiculously small. The hot tub was a joke. It took 15 minutes for the bellhop to bring us our stuff. The room itself and view were awesome. Not worth the price

Balcony was a little disappointing
We loved being right off the Riverwalk. You can take the elevator to the river level and walk straight out. The only disappointment was the room we stayed in had no private balcony although it stated we would. We were on the one floor that opens to the veranda. The room had a gated porch that was separate from the main veranda, but there is no view. If you can avoid floor 5 you are in good shape. I would recommend spending the extra dollars for the river view.

Nice renovations, but overpriced parking fees
The newly renovated rooms are very nice. Nice decor, nice bathroom (on the smaller side). When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was courteous to mention the construction going on (9am-7pm); however we were a couple floors away from the construction so we didn't hear a thing. I can't comment on the pool or hot tub since they were closed, but I rated amenities low due to the ridiculous valet parking fee. Almost $40 for only one night of parking. We should've just parked in the Rivercenter garage... Lesson learned! I'd recommend staying here though. Good value.
