Hill Country resort provides seven acres of amenities in San Antonio
The Hill Country Inn and Suites at Salado Creek Villas is a seven acre resort in the heart of Texas Hill Country, near San Antonio. Resort amenities include two Jacuzzis, an oversized swimming pool and large children's playground. A complimentary happy hour with beer and wine takes place every Tuesday through Thursday, and breakfast is free each morning. Don't stay at this hotel
The pits- never again
I kept looking out the window for norman or his mother! (Psycho) There were roaches (both small and medium sized) in the room. The fridge had so much ice in the freezer compartment, it was impossible to use. the package booked through cheapblah-blan is a rip-off. Not worth the hassle of experiencing duplicate charges which happended in my case.

Great hotel to stay in San Antonio.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. We would've liked to use the pool but there was bad weather during our stay. Will return soon. Hotel staff were excellent they really rocked.

Great for families
The 2nd hot tub advertiesed was broke down and has been broke down since our last visit 3 months ago. according to staff, it has been down for 3 years. Rooms could have been a little cleaner, the bathtub had gunk around the bottom outside where mops have been hitting it for months, but overall a pretty good place. Nice quiet setting for families and decent location.

Dont be deceived by the photos and reviews
Nothing like the photos!!! Extremely noisy and dingy... Smelly and old old old building... Bottom line we had a terrible experience here. Not worth the money! It is not in the nicest area. Dont let the pictures fool you bc the rooms DO NOT look like it!!

Amazing Decor
I immediately fell in love with the log cabin feel of this place. From the second I stepped in and saw the sitting room, the Old country feel was evident. The staff was amazingly helpful and always cheerful. I would gladly tell my friends to stay here!

Salsa Star
great little get away
I never knew this hotel existed because its nicely hidden off the access road. The hotel is very nice and is even nice as a little get away trip because it doesnt even feel like you are in the city! The rooms feel like a nice cozy log cabin.

Boiled egg
It's cheap, you get what you pay for.
The staff is very nice, no doubt about that. It's an odd hotel, very small, so small that the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. The room was fairly clean, the bed is very uncomfortable, and it's just old. Bring your own soap, the hotel provides a quarter sized bar of soap in the bathroom. If your looking for something cheap, great! If your looking for something nice, keep looking.

Good option for shoppers
The hotel is a good option for shopping purposes. It is near to the SAT airport but outside from downtown so it is very easy to take the freeway to the malls at San Marcos. The rooms are simple but clean and they have everything you may need. The attention from the staff is amazing!
