Great place to stay and Great service!
We were trying get away from it all and relax, this been the best hotel we have stayed at. Wish we had more time to stay!

Very nice Saturday night in San Antonio
Customer service was outstanding. Everyone from the valet to the bar staff was simpy outstanding. The room was clean and special a great deal for the price, even got a free room upgrade and two drink vouchers without even asking. First class hotel!

Great hotel!
Great location and the kids loved the pool! You walk out of the hotel and are on the riverwalk! We were there for a family vacation to Sea World and everything was wonderful!

Fun Times @ The Riverwalk
Long weekend trip with girlfriend to San Antonio went great and the hotel was amazing. Escalator from lobby right down to the Riverwalk was a great plus, only took my truck out of the parking lot once the entire weekend and that was for a 20 minute drive to Sea World. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be staying at the Grand Hyatt for all my future trips to San Antonio.

Great Place to visit
We had a great time. The Riverwalk area is fantastic.There was a mall across the street from the hotel andthe area surrounding the hotel was super. They hadbus tours, trolleys and buses which helped in gettingaround. Great restaurants. We had a friend who lived nearby, so he drove us to a few areas outside the city i.e. Fredericksburg, and to his home, etcWe did not have to rent a car to get around. [...] I think anyone would like San Antonio..however, we went in June and it was HOT. It wouldbe a great plac to visit in the Fall or winter if youdon't like really hot weather.

Try some of the many Mexican Restaurants. we liked therestaurant in the hotel a whole lot. Wonderful brunch every day. Then we ate dinner out for the most part at different restaurants. Mieterra, Pico diGallo, Paisannos (sp), some of the Riverwalk restaurants, etc. Don't be afraid to ask people to give you info about places to eat and visit.
