It was a good stay. We had a very late check in and called around noon to let them know we would be in around 2am, lady at the front desk said it would not be a problem. We arrived at around 2:45 and the gentleman closed out the day and had us as a no show. Luckly they still had our rooms had was able to retrieve the reservation. The only other complaint was that it was 10 bucks for breakfast. Was not very impressed with that. Other than that, the rooms was very clean, staff was very friendly, rooms were had plenty of room for all 7 of us, and a very short walk to the river walk. We would stay here agen and recommend to a friend.

Just Okay
The hotel is within walking distance to the River Walk. The staff seemed somewhat stiff and unapproachable. The manager seemed to be uncomfortable with the guests. Disappointed in no laundry facilities when I stayed at other smaller hotels that offered that plus matched the other amenities. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Only one issue.
All in all it was good. Location for me was perfect. Most everyone was great although one desk person could have involved himself more with my one issue. I would and very well might be back again soon.

stay with kids :)
Lots of space we loved it!, separate living room was great for kids. It rained so we needed the extra room for the amount of time we stayed in the room. Plan on a short walk to the river

The good, the bad and the ugly
Location says close walk to attractions. It was a long walk to me. It wasn't close enough to anything so you had to walk along way at night passing homeless on the street or drive and pay big bucks to park. We parked in one lot to go to the downtown mall and were there only 35 minutes and they charged us $10. House keeping was so late every day we only had our room cleaned once and it was just so-so. Parking at $16.00 a day at the hotel was a little high since you could park it your self right outside the front door but if you did it cost $14.00 for you to do the parking. I won't go back but if I do I'll stay down by the River Walk (which by the way was extremely dirty brown) to avoid the parking.

Super Sister Trip
My Sister and I came in for my Nieces graduation from Air Force Boot Camp. This was our first trip together that didn't include a family emergency. We had the best time. We were very close to everything downtown. Wonderful stay, great service. We could have used a hot tub after all of our walking but we enjoyed ourselves very much. I think my husband and I will be visiting in the near future. Thank you

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
Short walk to the Alamo what a beautiful place to go see. We also took the Alamo tram that takes you out to the Missions. We had a great time. Well worth the money for the tram but make sure you have a day or half day to enjoy it.

Wonderful staff and hotel!!!
We only stayed overnight in San Antonio so on short notice [...] found a great deal on the Four Points Sheraton. The people were very friendly and helpful as we had a jetski on our hitch. they found a safe place for us to park and even gave us coupons to nearby restaurants, etc. The rooms were nice, but not spotless. There were sunflower seeds in some places of the room. The air conditioner was a little loud, but all in all, we will definitely stay there again. It was just a couple of blocks away from the restaurants on the riverwalk, which is what we wanted. Check out time was also @ 12pm so that was a plus.
