Extend a Suites-San Antonio

When we first arrived the young girl in the front counter was nice. When we entered our room, it was disgusting!It was a smoking room, but it didn't smell like smoke. It smelt like filth and dirt! The carpet was nasty and stained and the bathroom had cracks all on the floor and it was just dirty. The bed had cigarette burns and it smelled bad. The second night we stayed, i got bed bug bites! All over my body! We checked out immediately, and the only reason we didn't check out b4 was because it wasn't refundable. I let the staff know and all the could say was "were sorry" I will NEVER stay here again, and would not want anyone to experience what I had to go through! I AM ACTUALLY IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THIS HOTEL!

i asked for a non smoking room( highly allergic to cig.) was given a smoking room. front desk staff are not professional at all. staff member walks in the front lobby smoking. a cig. beds had pet hair God knows who elses hair was in that bed. drain stopped up,ac not clean blowing bad air. i believe they have bodies in that place to work that has not had proper training in hotel management skills . 2 top it off ( quote from the police report) no force entry. yes! my sons labtop was stolen from the room while visiting the afb. im to done with this place and i pray until they raise ther standards and become Exstend" A" no one should stay at Exstend" F"

well first of all there were 2 people working there, while the front desk lady was helping one customer, the other one I think a manager did not even come out to help me and just let me waited. the room is kind of well rundown look, it is clean considering, hair drying is not working right, felt like a really loud massage vibrator . no extra toilet paper and the tissue runout, towl was like a thin rough paper even though web site said wifi no one told me the passwd I had to go back to ask AC was working strangely, if you turn it on it will take about 20 mins for it to wake up

We had a few problems. The desk clerk was rude and snotty, just for starters. She gave us a key for a room and when we opened the door we discovered it smelled like an ashtray the beds were unmade and there was assorted garbage all over the floor. So we went back and talked to here. She then showed us a second room and surprise there were people already in it. When we asked for a refund she seemed disinterested and unresponsive in providing it. We will never choose that motel again and strongly suggest that you do not either. They tried to charge us twice for the room also.
