Great but difficult location

the hotel is right by the airport BUT you do not hear the airport noise. Very quiet. The staff is so nice and helpful. We had a 2 room king suite and it was so comfortable. They serve a hot breakfast each morning and a managers reception in the afternoon. Both were wonderful. Close to shopping and downtown. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

Short drive from hotel
Besides the Alamo & River Walk. A must visit to the San Fernando Cathedral and don't forget Market Square (fantastic)

The room was clean, staff friendly and considering the hotel brand the price was very reasonable. What more could you ask for.

San Antonio - Airport
It did not start out well. When we got to our room, it was hot and stuffy. I turned the AC down and we went to dinner. When we returned, the room was the same. A call to the front desk resulted in a knock at the door within two minutes with keys to a new room with working air conditioning. Also on the second day when we returned from sightseeing at about 3:30 PM our room had not been cleaned. A call to the front desk had the room cleaned within 30 minutes while we were at the pool. I would like to give them 4 stars but with two calls to the front desk it can't be.

The Hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The Cook to order comp breakfast was amazing, way better than average cont breakfast I have ever had. We didn't get a chance to have the Manger's snack because of the time 5:30-7:30 but it was nice to know that it was offered.

Family Time
My parents were flying into San Antonio International Airport for a 10 day visit. Since we live 3 hours away we decided to spend 4 days in San Antonio. The hotel was nice and their customer service was great. We love their cooked to order breakfast and manager's reception in the evenings. Along with alcoholic beverages and soft drinks they only had snack mix and chips at the manager's reception and we've stayed at other Embassy suites where they offered better evening food. Other than that it was a great deal and a fantastic stay!

Consistently positive
This is our third stay at this hotel, having tried at least as many others. It remains consistently good. The suites are large enough for my son to do his homework or watch his TV shows on one of the two TVs, and I to watch the news or work on my 'homework' on the other. My son enjoyed the indoor pool. This hotel offers the best breakfast of any hotel, and the staff is very polite and efficient. No complaints. We will make it our regular residence with future visits.

Beautiful Setting
I found this hotel to be a relaxed and comfortable. I did have two concerns. When I arrived in my room, there were smear marks and rings from glasses on the glass top end table. I found that it cleaned up easily with a towel and some water. I also found that the toilet was not completely cleaned. I just felt that the room had not been well-cleaned. Secondly, I felt that this was not a happy staff. They were friendly to me but I overheard of number of people who were doing a lot of complaining about their co-workers, schedules, etc. This ranged from the Front Desk staff to the the breakfast buffet. Having said all this, I would stay at this hotel again. It is convenient to the airport and overall the experience was a good one. Their evening reception and morning breakfast are very well done and a great asset to the hotel.The nicest person I dealt with was the gentleman who drove me to the airport. What a sweet man!!

Embassy Suites San Antonio - Internation
This hotel was great and the service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative point was that the room had a smell of smoke in it. Not too strong but noticable.

Great Weekend
Went to San Antonio for a wedding. The Embassy Suites accommodations were great, as was the complementary breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
