Doubletree Hotel San Antonio Airport

It rained the weekend we stayed but we had no complaints being stuck in our room. We were still able to step out into the courtyard area and enjoy the outside. The staff was outstanding and our check in/out was quick. We would definetly stay again! The COOKIES are delicious don't forget to get yours at check in! ;)

This trip turned out great. Great location.The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

I recently traveled to San Antonio to attend my brother's graduation from the Air Force. The Doubletree was very easy to find (only one exit away from the airport#. I booked this hotel for the Spanish decor...which I loved. The room was a good size, beds were very clean and the staff was GREAT! The women in the restaurant were very helpful with directions to local places and gave great advice/tips for traveling into the city #it was Fiesta#. I would recommend this to friends and would stay here again. The only complaint I had was about other guests being too loud in the halls #but that is not something the hotel could control).

Great initial service and beautiful property. The room was very clean and had a hospitable setting. The only thing I was not pleased with was seeing two men from outside hotel leaving menus at doors...pretty sure the hotel did not want them there.

Only stayed one night. But, the room and staff went out of their way to make us welcome. They appreciate the business and it shows. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Later, when we went to the room, there was laundry in the doorway that had not been picked up yet. No big deal. We called, the front desk clerk who checked us in came up, removed the laundry, apologized and gave us complimentary drinks that night and breakfast the next morning! Every staff member we met took time to say hello, ask if we needed anything and thank us for staying at their hotel. Super duper experience! These guys could give the industry some lessons in customer service...

I did wait 40 minutes for my courtyard view room, I did turn down 2 other rooms, one was a king size bed the other a double not facing the courtyard.

Have stayed here many times and was always pleased. This time...air conditioning problems, very slow room service, paid for extra upgrade to include breakfast and free cocktails and did not recieve either, parking was a nightmare. Probably won't be back for a while if ever. Too many other really great places to stay!

Asked for towels, never received. Air in room seemed not to work fully. Bar Service was excellent as always. Receptionist 1st night had a very sour attitude. I ONLY stay at this Double Tree when visiting San Antonio, regardless of where I am going (business, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Riverwalk)due to the great pricing and location and because I love it here, this time was different. First time I felt not taken care of. I do, however still love it here, just upset with the lack of.

We were celebrating our 4th anniversary. We were there in December celebrating my birthday which made us go back. The and guest were just outstanding. We REALLY hated to leave. The hotel, when you entered the doors, MAN, the atmosphere was something else. My daughter and her family are planning on staying there in the next few weeks. Thanks so much....

We came in after visiting downtown San Antonio and enjoyed time by the pool with drinks from the bar after printing our airline tickets in the Business Office. The next morning the hotel took us to the airport to catch our flight home. Very relaxing stay.
