Days Inn San Antonio

Although the location wasn't the greatest, the staff was helpful and provided good information to get us where we needed to go.

Good service from staff. Rooms are big & clean and the location was convenient.

We go to San Antonio two or three times a year. this was the worst place we have ever stayed. We peserved and paid for our rooms way early. I had also got three other couples to reserve their rooms there with us. All of us pre paid our rooms. When we checked in, the front desk woman didn't speak english very well, it was hard for us to talk to her. Then she demanded two types of ID. We rode in the Texas Honor Ride from Houston to Fort Sam and the Hospital. We have made this ride for seven years. Two of our friends had to be moved because their room AC didn't work. The Motel needs much maintenance work!!

I had a hoprrible experience here. The location is bad, but even more importanty the owner of this hotel obviously doesn't care about keeping up the building. I will NEVER go to this one, or another Days Inn. If I knew I could have uploaded a video, I would have taken one to prove how gross this place is, inside and out.

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. They have a roach infestation in their rooms and pool area, shower curtain full of MOLD and the tub wasn't even cleaned! Many more bad things happened. I will be contacting this company's home office to have this place shut down.

The room wasn't good, the sheets, pillow, and furniture are old and careless. location is too noisy. free breakfast is bad.

The only thing about our stay that was dificult was that the computers where down and she just gave us a room with one bed for 3 people so had to get that fixed. She spoke very poor english so was hard to understand. The neighborhood could have been better. Sirens going all night. Rail road tracks right behind the motel which was never mentionedm. Staff was pleasant and helpful just hard to understand her poor english.

the toilet was black inside needed much to be clean with clorox to take the black stains. also the wash sink was plug and the train goes by about every 30 minutes, the location is to isolated. especial at night. the bath room smell bad, only to small towels. I also exprees my issues to the manager, he said he will fix it. never stay at that location.

I went to San Antonio to visit my fiance for our anniversary and hoped to have a decent place for us to relax as he is a PFC stationed at Fort Sam. I didn't expect much from a cheap hotel but I did expect the basics. There were obvious signs of previous forced entry on the door. The chain was hanging by a screw and I had to slam the door to ensure it was actually closed. I was in a non smoking room but there were cigarette burns on the carpet. And as if that wasn't enough, the shower took forever to drain. All in all, I was seriously disappointed. The cost was low but not low enough for what I got.
