Perfect Place to Stay
We found the Hotel very friendly, helpful and inviting. It was close to the Riverwalk and most attractions of the city of San Antonio. We enjoyed our stay here and would do it again.

Far from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, which is where I was going. Bistro closed at 10pm and elevator a far walk from reception also construction going.

Nice place
Few blocks to walk to the Riverwalk. Very nice front desk staff. Easy access to highway. I would stay there again

Not impressed
I realize this is only a three star hotel, but there are still things you expect from any hotel. When I checked-in I could tell the room had not been thoroughly cleaned in awhile. There were hairs on the bathroom floor, and the corners of the carpet were loaded with dirt and dust. The restaurant consisted of a snack bar with a few tables right in the lobby! Who wants to sit and eat a meal while people are walking by checking in or out? No computer room, no ATM. This place is dismal compared to the Holiday Inn right across the street. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pleasant Surprise!!
Check In & Out was quick and key cards worked without any issues. Location was only a block from I35 with easy access to both I 35 North & South. Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Great pool and whirlpool! River walk was close enough for us. So no problem with place to eat around the area. Overall we had a great experience and have no problems with staying again.

Great San Antonio experience
This Hotel allows you to be close enough to attractions to walk yet far enough to be away from the busy city! GREAT Mexican cuisine within walking distance. Comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff!

Affordable good quality stay close to Riverwalk
The hotel is very well kept, it is clean and seems to be pretty new. It is located 0.5 miles away from the Riverwalk which makes it a great candidate if you cannot afford hotels located directly at Riverwalk, but still want to stay within walking distance from it.

Very Practical location
I was only spending the night in San Antonio for business. The hotel was very well situated taking me only 3 minutes to get to my meeting. However, when I arrived at nighttime, just after midnight, when I was getting into my car to drive closer to my hotel room, I was approached by a young couple asking for help. At that moment there was no one in the area and all of the sudden I felt uneasy. However, the couple soon moved on and nothing came of it. I wish there had been someone either a doorman or security of some sort.
