okay..
felt I should had gottan more for what I paid. I went on spring-break so during breakfast it was crazy big line only one staff refilling empty milk n juice:(

Nightmare
This stay was a nightmare. The front desk customer service was horrible. Our room had a huge leak in the bathroom shower and we were told there was no one to fix it until the next day. We could not sleep since the noise was so loud. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was a nightmare as well. There were no clean tables to sit at and the ladies serving breakfast were rude too.

san anton visit
vist relatives and tour san antonio fan in bathrooom missing/ no fan in bathroom pretty good with exception of bathroom fan and staff were very helpful and accommendating

Not too thrilled
Very unsatisfied with location of "HOOD", requested extra blanket, but got none when we were told one would be brought up shortly, felt as if this should be rated as a two star..Not very happy with the price for one of these rooms. Did not seem to get a good deal with orbitz.

Dining not very good around this location. Red Lobster nearby, but definately the worst dining experience at one of these locations. I would suggest a trip downtown, or more upscale neighborhood for your dining.

Northwoods Nancy
Great staff, but problems with room
The location was very convenient for my stay. (Less than a mile from my parent's house.) The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, they were apparently having some plumbing problems because we had to take cold showers in the morning and the water came out in a trickle - not pleasant at all! I understand that unexpected things happen, but wouldn't it make sense to inform the guests?

hampton Inn San Antonio-northwest/seawor
We were here for our granddaughter's graduation from BMT. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathtub faucet leaked badly. Breakfast was very complete and staff very friendly and helpful
