very nice and comfortable. breakfast was o.k. location was a little further from main attractions than i would have liked but the walk wasn't bad. wear comfortable shoes. and then there is the bus service which is cheap and runs continually during the day. we didn't use it but it was a nice option for getting around.

The hotel amenities, cleanliness, hotel staff and location were perfect for fiesta very close to the riverwalk, clubs and the mall. Great price as well I will be staying there for my next fiesta vacation. Just incase a car is required it's right off the freeway, perfect!!!!

Close to Riverwalk and Alamo, and not nearly as expensive as the hotels closer to or on the Riverwalk. Breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking were all included in room rate. Nice size room with comfortable bed. Room lighting was dim, making nighttime reading or sewing difficult.

We were ecstatic to have such a comfortable experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was remarkable, the staff was friendly and courteous. The decor of the room was second to none Stores,shops werewithin walking distance.

Yes, the hotel is technically 2 blocks from the Riverwalk, BUT that is 2 very long blocks and under a major freeway! Not easy to navigate at all. They also say free parking. This is only because you have to walk so far to park and hike back to the hotel when the 7 or so spaces in the parking lot are full. Breakfast was so crowded and only one poor girl working it so they were a constant stream of empty bins. Had to wait for spoons, bowels, bagels, etc. The pics online look great, and we were over all disapointed.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also loved the easy access to downtown San Antonio either on foot, driving, or using the public transportation.

We enjoyed using the city bikes right outside the hotel. Great location to all the Riverwalk attractions and downtown San Antonio. Good Mexican restaurant down the block by the Alamodome.

I chose this because it looked convenient to the Alamo and had easy access and parking. It satisfied all those expectations. The room was comfortable. Refrigerator was a bonus. Service was excellent.

The staff was very kind and helpful - my car had a flat tire and after getting it fixed, they showed a concern that all was well with it. They also were very helpuful in showing us how to get around to visit various sites. I certainly would stay there again!

The layout of the wheelchair accessible room was impressive as soon as I rolled in the door. This was a larger than average room so moving about was easy. Even the placement of the shower control and handheld sprayer were correct. However, the beds were not accessible. The king sized bed was too high, I was not able to access it independently. Even my 6'4" husband commented on "sleeping in the balcony". The sofa sleeper was of typical height but the mattress was the absolute worst I have encountered. The wires in the mattress were quite uncomfortable as there was no padding over them. When designing ADA compliant rooms there must be someone overseeing the details including the interior designer and furniture buyer. Don't get sloppy on this when you have such a well designed room to work with. This nation has many returning wounded veterans and retirees who must travel for medical reasons. Hotels need to rise to this opportunity.
