BEST WESTERN Ingram Park Inn

Extremely bad hotel/inn. We checked in and went to our room at 11:00pm. My wife turns on the shower and there's no hot water. So I call the front desk and complain. The clerk then gave us a new room. We get to the room and it's about 85 degrees in the room. So I turn on the A/C and my wife gets into the shower.When she gets out of the shower she goes to blow dry her hair, the blow drier doesn't work. So we call and complain. I have to go to the office and get an extension cord so my wife can dry her hair. We finally get to sleep at about 3:00am. WE"VE GOT TO GET UP AT 6:30am. Overall a terrible experience for us both. Not at all a 3 star as Orbitz has them listed. I would say it should not even be rated a single half a star. And the sheets were dirty!!

I felt sorry for the only clerk, no housekeeping.

AIR BROKE AT 3 AM ON 1ST NIGHT THERE- THEY REPLACED IT WITH ONE THAT COULD NOT BE RUN WITH THE TELEVISION ON AT THE SAME TIME- AND THEY REFUSED ME A REFUND!!!

The room was ok. However the hostess [...] was rude and racist. She harrassed me by statin if my credit card had enough money to put the room on hold. I believe that when i told her my name Ramirez she immediatedly started harrassing me with her tone of voice and all the questions she was asking. I didnt not appreciate that at all.

Cockroaches. Had to call corporate office not hotel to get result. We found cockroaches reported it. NOTHING done. We spent nite awake with lite on. Captured bug and showed front desk left for day to do grad stuff came back and nothing done! Called Best Western asked for room change and comp. Corporate took care of us not hotel. Do not go unless want room mates!

The rooms are a nice size but my shhets where filty stains and blood before we even laid our head down. Sea World is only ten minutes away but the rooms are nasty and for the price you would think the property would be updated. Nice pool, nice location, okay price, but i prefer cleanliness over any of these things any day. So if you like dirty old rooms then go ahead and waste your money this is the worst Best Western that i have ever stayed at.

Ther is no compforder on bed tops, white sheet with decorations, pillows were very small and hard, great location for sea-world and centerely located around shopping centers

room was nice in appearance but upon further investigation found it to be quite dirty. There were peanuts and a plastic headband behind the nitestand. Potatoe chips and candy wrappers under the bed edges, also thick layers of dust on headboards and liquid that had been spilled by previous guest under the lamp and clock on the nitestand. mirrors werein room were not cleaned either. I reported the condition of the room to management but was told there was nothing they could do as we had probably made the mess ourselves. It was reported to housekeeping but room was never cleaned. Very disappointing. Front desk staff friendly.

Overall good place to stay good beds not pillows but overall not bad cleaning staff stole my usher cologne from my room so put away your stuff when i told the desk clerk she said there was nothing she could do about and said put your stuff away. and all will be fine.

I had a commode overflow and flood bathroom and entrance to room. Was not offered another room nor any kind of discounted rate for my inconvenience. Thought that was unusual. This room was equipped for handicapped at the absolute minimum requirement, Shower/Bath Tub were not wheelchair accessible, nor were the commode. As i could see the extra equipment available were a tub stool and a removeable shower head and tube. That was the extent of the handicapped requirements.
