enjoyable day
While I requested a handicapped room, when I arrived discovered that they had changed the room to the second floor. The clerk changed my room to the last 1st floor room where another person had not yet check in. The room was clean and warm, really loved the stay.

Due to the staff I would not stay there
Great for the price
The room was clean and the location was great. There was a mess up the hotel did not read the request for Handicapped room and did not have one. The staff could have offered some type of compensation for the mess up but did not.

Best Western
Hotel was easy to get to and from Lackland AFB, as I was down visiting my son who was graduating BMT. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Good shopping areas on the northwest side of town were also fairly close to get to. Overall a good location, as the airport was to the north.

Not bad at all
This stay was set up on short notice. Though the lodging was rather brief, we were pleasantly surprised to find such a courteous staff. The so-called "high-speed" internet service was non existent and kind of a setback. But we ended up in a fairly nice hotel for a motel price. [...]

Ther is no compforder on bed tops, white sheet with decorations, pillows were very small and hard, great location for sea-world and centerely located around shopping centers

Caring Grandmother
Unbeatable location for the price
This was a very good location for SeaWorld and Downtown. Rooms were very nice and the staff was most helpful. It was right on 410 Loop, but we never heard the traffic in our room. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that was looking for a place to stay at that was reasonable and close to SeaWorld and Downtown.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
Do the 2 day visit to SeaWorld as that is the only way you can see, do and enjoy it all. Also drive downtown and park and ride the trolley. It will take you any where you need to go. The Alamo is a must and the Market Square.

worst hotel visit EVER!!
AIR BROKE AT 3 AM ON 1ST NIGHT THERE- THEY REPLACED IT WITH ONE THAT COULD NOT BE RUN WITH THE TELEVISION ON AT THE SAME TIME- AND THEY REFUSED ME A REFUND!!!
