Sea World Vacation
All in all it was a good stay. I traveled with 5 kids and the suite we had was plenty big. The room was clean, fresh towels, pool was nice,some appliances need to be updated for what we paid for the room but, they all worked. Front desk was polite. Wish they had some kind of returns for the things we left. They did serve breakfeast daily but we never made it so idk about the food.Very short drive to sea world and it is one block from the mall. Lots of choices to choose from when needing a store.

Fine for overnight business.

Pleasant Experience
Clean rooms, fresh towels daily, softer beds than most hotels & plenty of pillows. Disappointed with lack of coffee supply in room daily. Good breakfasts. Otherwise great experience.

Overall good place to stay good beds not pillows but overall not bad cleaning staff stole my usher cologne from my room so put away your stuff when i told the desk clerk she said there was nothing she could do about and said put your stuff away. and all will be fine.

goog stay closer to everything!
good rooms, the A/C never worked in cool mode, do not why? but it was not relevant beacuse it was very cool outside. Excelent beds & pillows, bathroom very clean and smell ok, micro, fridge, coffe, hair, included, 40 min to san marcos outlets. Fitness area ok. Just the breakfast only has cereals, fruits, breads & waffles, they not serve any kind of meat. But everything was fantastic.

Not what I expected
room was nice in appearance but upon further investigation found it to be quite dirty. There were peanuts and a plastic headband behind the nitestand. Potatoe chips and candy wrappers under the bed edges, also thick layers of dust on headboards and liquid that had been spilled by previous guest under the lamp and clock on the nitestand. mirrors werein room were not cleaned either. I reported the condition of the room to management but was told there was nothing they could do as we had probably made the mess ourselves. It was reported to housekeeping but room was never cleaned. Very disappointing. Front desk staff friendly.

Proud AF Mom
Had a great time!
Had a late check in with no problem. Room was ready and waiting. Two queen beds, non smoking. Had a tv, microwave/fridge/coffeemaker just as described. Was clean and made up every day by the time we returned. Right on Route 410, easy on, easy off. Stores/restaurants right nearby. Probably not the very best neighborhood, but never had a problem or heard of a problem. The staff were very friendly. The pool looked great, but because of limited time (son graduated from USAF...spent a lot of time on base), we didn't get to enjoy the pool. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay there myself again. I got a great rate from [...] on this hotel. We definitely saved money and time staying here.

15 minutes from Lackland AFB. Got right on Route 410 outside the hotel and off at the AF exit. It was convenient!

Comfortable and clean
The room was clean and quiet; the carpeting by the bathroom door was stained, but not dirty. It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay. Good location, near shopping and many places to eat.
