BEST WESTERN Ingram Park Inn

Nice Best Western, clean and comfortable with a nice fairly large & clean pool. Gettin to the hotel itself was a bit of a challenge coming New Orleans.

Great stay! Staff was very nice. The bathrooms could be cleaner, especially the tubs. Breakfast could be open longer, say till around 10:00 am

Though the room was very clean, we always had new towels and coffee and nice neat beds when we returned to our spacious room the staff at the front counter were not exctly friendly. I didn't want to mention our misquito problem knowing that I would more than likely have to switch rooms meaning I would have to move my two year old son and all of our luggage all by myself. When we arrived to the Hotel I was struggeling with our three bags and my Son on my hip and NOT ONE PERSON helped me into the lobby, out of the lobby and certiantly not ALL the way down to our room. If you want to just get away and not be bothered for a few days, this is the place to go--it's like you don't even exist!

A very nice hotel situated at the busy Interstate 410 around San Antonio. A good decent continental breakfast is included in the price. The rooms are clean and very good for the price we had to pay. Since we were there for graduation from our son for the Airforce (and we were defenitely not the only one in this hotel) we were out a lot. Management was really awesome and we got the all the help we could get. That was a very pleasant experience. Only minus was that the high speed internet (even advertised outside) was in my opinion defenitely not high speed. But that did not change our mind to rate this hotel with 5 stars.

Loved the hotel it was clean and the staff very accommodating. The only thing i did not like is that there were mosquitoes in our rooms. I did inform the front desk of this.(which is only reason i didn't give it s 5)

Since the rates were so resonable I was afriad the Best Westin Ingram Park Inn would be seedy, but that was not the case. It was attractive, clean, well maintained, had a helpful and amiable staff, an attractive palm tree court with a nice pool, and I would recommend it to anyone who did what we did, attend the U.S. Air Force basic training graduation at Lackland U.S. Air Force Base. .

I had a commode overflow and flood bathroom and entrance to room. Was not offered another room nor any kind of discounted rate for my inconvenience. Thought that was unusual. This room was equipped for handicapped at the absolute minimum requirement, Shower/Bath Tub were not wheelchair accessible, nor were the commode. As i could see the extra equipment available were a tub stool and a removeable shower head and tube. That was the extent of the handicapped requirements.

The room was ok. However the hostess [...] was rude and racist. She harrassed me by statin if my credit card had enough money to put the room on hold. I believe that when i told her my name Ramirez she immediatedly started harrassing me with her tone of voice and all the questions she was asking. I didnt not appreciate that at all.

The room was nice. The room size was comfortable and average.

Our son graduated from basic training at Lackland AFB. This location was great,not far to get to the base each day. Close to downtown area as well!
