Beds & pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom could have been updated. When the person next to us used the shower or toilet it was very loud as if they were in our room. Not good when they came in late & we were sleeping, it woke us up. Also when you changed the channels on the TV with the remote, it also turned the heater/ac on and off. Very annoying! Internet was very slow... If anything it should of been a two star. I stayed at a Best Western in Arlington, Va. this summer. View of the outside wasn't the best, but bathroom was new, nice bedspread, a three star.

Good
For the price it was perfect, went to see my son graduate from the Air Force it was close enough to make the morning trip quick, can't walk it but a 15 minute car ride 2 things small pillows (you may get 3 per bed but they are to small maybe go to two big and one small but did not like them at all Leave workout room open 24 hours otherwise a nice place for the price

Adequate for visiting Lackland
Room & courtyard is nice. TV's are old and don't get all channels. None of them get advertised HBO cause none have channel 123. Poor for relaxing after hard day. Staff acted unaware! But was friendly. Pool could use heater for guests. Doesn't cost that much compared to customer experience. How could I ask for that when I saw TV's like these on Antique Road Show!

Excellent and cheap
I thought it would be just another hotel room, but the facilities are new, clean and close to most main business like Walmart, fast food chains, restaurants and close to our destination that it was SeaWorld. I booked 2 rooms and they were perfect clean and and comfortable. Excellent choice !!!

its always a pleasure staying at best western anyware.its locations are always very convient in every city we have ever stayed in.the room service n hotel service,are very good.our room itself was very spacious,could have used a clock in the room at very beginning,but on request,we were given one.we are always willing to stay at Best Western hotel on any trip we go on.......respectfully MR/MRS JESSE OLIVER

visiting airman graduation
internet was extremely slow - and that would be the only complaint. Beds are so comfortable I almost did not want to get up in the morning but since we were there to see our airman graduate, getting up won. I would definitely stay there again. BTW I read one where they said there were mosquito's, there were a couple but this is Texas and they are bad everywhere. 711 on 11-11-11 special flight special day

Good Value
Stayed 5 nights here. Very convienient to Lackland AFB. Normal airflow noise of Heat/AC unit was very effective covering up Highway noise. Nice family friendly hotel. No Rowdy parties over weekend. Definitly would stay here again.

Best Western Ingram Park Inn
My business partner and I shared a room. He asked me how much it cost. When I told him, he asked if that was for each night. I told him that was for the two nights that we were staying. He was amazed. The motel was close to everything we needed to go to and was easy to access. There was plenty of space to park the trailer that we were towing.
