Great place as far as solo cation bête wen the airport and Lackland aAFB.
We needed a place with location convenience....this was great. Lots of palaces treat...near a WalMart for goodies and half at between the AFB and the airport....

GREAT SERVICE
THIS PLACE IS CLEAN AND THE LOCATION IS EASY TO GE TO. BREAKFAST WAS AWSOME FOR THE MONEY VALUE. HOUSEKEEPING LADY WAS VERY FRIENDLY. OVER ALL IT WAS A GREAT VALUE.

Clean, service excellent Juan and Christina great, cont. breakfast good, beds comfrontable, microwave and frig in room. Rooms not large but okay. Best Western in Ingram doing a really good job for those away from home. thanks.

Close to Lackland
It was a good location and when the traffice was good just took about 5 or 6 minutes to get to base. This hotel was a great deal for the price.

LAFB Graduation celebration
This hotel was very clean and nice for our trip to see our son graduate from the Air Force. Very close to the base and convenient for us, especially the nice breakfast provided for us each morning. The pool was an added feature set within the middle of the hotel. And lastly, the cleaning staff did a great job each day!

Nasty Rooms
The rooms are a nice size but my shhets where filty stains and blood before we even laid our head down. Sea World is only ten minutes away but the rooms are nasty and for the price you would think the property would be updated. Nice pool, nice location, okay price, but i prefer cleanliness over any of these things any day. So if you like dirty old rooms then go ahead and waste your money this is the worst Best Western that i have ever stayed at.

Seaworld trip
My family and I stayed here during our recent trip to Seaworld. We stayed four nights. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping kept them up great every day. The location was pretty good, plenty of close by shopping and dining. Continental breakfast was well stocked and maintained, but dining area was a little small. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would stay here again.
