Good except
Good experience but when leaving I left my wife at the door with her walker and I went to fetch the car. When I pull up to the door to help my disabled wife the hotel van driver pull up behind and told me I could not park there and to move the car. I did not move the car until i had my wife loaded. This really ticked me off and almost ruined our stay. How rude of him.

good
the location is good, it's near UH and they have free shuttles to hobby airport and medical center. the free breakfast is a plus. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need.

Wonderful time
I had to attend a meeting in the George R.Brown Convention Center. The drive takes less than 10 minutes at 7 am. The personnel of the hotel was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good, including among other things hot food (eggs, sausage), as well as batter for waffles. The room was big and comfortable, very clean. Internet Wi-fi connection is included. I will return in my next trip to Houston.

Overnight stay
The hotel inside is much better than the surroundings. Staff was pleasant, free breakfast was solid.

Nice Hotel close to Hospital
Comfortable and clean Hotel, convinient location to medical center, free transfers to hospitals and brekfast included. We stay several times and I'll come back.

It's okay.
Not great but okay. No inner shower curtain, only "conditioning shampoo" instead of shampoo and conditioner, only a few bathroom amenities. Bathroom had tacky sign about not stealing stuff, always troubling. Towels and linens were clean but looked old and few had dark mold stains. Room smelled funny but had nice big mirrors, tiny kitchenette. TV remote didn't work but I didn't bother to get it replaced. Part of the desk surface was sticky but otherwise room was clean. Good location to highway and medical center but on a one-way so have to make a U-turn. Some staff were pleasant, some just didn't care but not overtly rude. Pluses was free parking and mini convenience store/alcove.
