A Nice hotel near China town

If you plan to visit the China town area this is the hotel to stay. Although it is also close to major highways, it is surprisingly quiet. Parking is free but the only way to earn HHonor point is to book it through the official hilton website !

Good Host

I was waiting for the cab and the bar/lounge was closed. The receptionist was kind and let me purchase a beverage in the downstairs convient store and sit at the bar and she turned the TV on.

Right price and Great value

The price is right! The bed is comfort, the restroom is oversize (bigger than some 4 stars hotels). The location is right in the center of China town which is very convenience for me (yes, I'm a Chinese). Overall the room is very clean and quiet. Cons: No "view" at all. The blanket can be thicker.

Short and sweet business trip

I stayed at this hotel because of a nearby business event, so I don't know a lot about the nearby area and what there's to do. I was literally there for less than 24 hours. When I first got to my room, it turned out that the room was cleaned up, but not prepared for a guest. The receptionist immediately switched me to a different room. I also had to ask about late check-out, and the staff was very accommodating. Overall I had a positive experience.

Right behind the hotel is a pretty big plaza with a lot of food options. Definitely check it out if you're looking to eat something other than Subway.

Loved Our Stay!

We attended a friends' wedding ceremony and had to stay somewhere very close to the area. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very cute and friendly front desk agent. She was very courtious and nice. Asked us al these questions, just to make sure we are comfortable. Rooms looked great. Tons of upgaded amenities, bed was amazing! I like a bit firmer matress, so I was able to adjust that to my liking. My boyfriend and I really liked the hotel, from now on, we will stay nowhere else bu Hilton Garden Inns!!

Very contemporary and updated !

Very comfortable and clean!!! We had a very peaceful sleep...comforters, pillows, and bed were so soft. Very nice hotel with heated pools and "precor" gym equipment! Great for business travelers and people who want to stay fit.

Nice hotel, near Chinatown...

Not really the safest area to be in Houston, but the hotel was near the customer I was meeting. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and the employees were nice and helpful.

Perfectly pleasant place to stay!

My stay at the Garden Inn was perfect. The checking in was the first noticible thing that caught my eye, the lobby was beautiful the receiving clerk was so pleasant as he interacted with the people before me and even went out of his way to bring the child a bag of chips. My check-in experience at this hotel was the quickest I had ever experienced. the room was also very pleasant and comfortable. I went down to purchase some juices by the lobby area and was quickly greeting by the hotel staff and offered help in carrying my purchases to the room. Charge for purchase was just added to the room with no delays on my part. Happily greeted every time I left and returned from my outtings with small conversation made. Overall a friendly place to return to next time I'mm in town. Definitely will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
