Recently renovated hotel close to Houston shopping and dining
Fresh from a multi-million dollar renovation, Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest offers luxurious comfort and a great location. The hotel is situated between downtown Houston and upscale The Galleria Shopping Center, with easy access to the highway. Guests are close to all the dining, shopping and attractions that the area has to offer. Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest features an outdoor pool, fully equipped fitness facility, restaurant and friendly hospitality.

My stay at Four Points
I very much enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was an excellent value all the food fresh and tasty. I also got some info on a Thai restaraunt and went there. Bad service at that place. The room was very comfortable but the drapes were kind of goofy . Nice bar area with good service there as well.

Not within walking distance to the convention center but easy by car. very comfortable hotel however we did not like the pillows-too soft.

Good value for business traveler
Friendly staff, good price, easy access to highway and restaurants. Some of the pool chairs had ribbing missing but bed was super comfortable.

Great location and good mechanics
The location was perfect for attending an event at Rice University. Plenty of dining in the immediate area, with a wide variety of cuisines, including Indian, Sushi, Steak and others. Only drawback was a bit of road noise from Highway 59, but nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn't handle, and by no means a dealbreaker (everyone should always bring them, no matter where you are staying). The price to value ratio is excellent! And there is a good bar...

South Indian Vegetarian dining a 10 minute walk away on Kirby that is well worth the experience!

Easy to find, althoughh it is right on the freeway. Plenty of free parking. Close to retaurants and museums. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are geared toward the business traveler. They are big and the beds are comforable. Free wifi. Free botled water.

Average stay for business
Hotel was Ok, enjoyed the breakfast options and bar as well. Internet was not working during stay and also staff was a little disorganized I felt. Elevators had a unique odor to them Location was perfect for what I needed however and with a few minor adjustments I think they could improve all the areas that were iffy for me.
