Time to Renovate
Sink & Bath areas need a complete overhaul. I am so happy I brought my shower shoes. The tub looked just awful and the sink had cigarette burns and the faucets were so cruddy I didn't want to touch them. On the other hand, the staff, on each shift, were very pleasant. The free breakfast was very good for free and the free wi-fi was a major plus. I felt the location was off the beaten path from the Galleria Mall. If you don't mind the cruddy bathtub, faucets, and sink then you will be right at home. Definitely not worth what I paid.

One night stay
Hello: Pros: Price is very good, rooms are very clean, staff are very friendly, good breakfast. Cons: -too noisy but you get what you pay for -I recommend choosing a room on the second floor because you will continue to hear people walk outside and park cars on the first floor. -Reminder that the hotel is on a busy road so there is car noise all throughout the night Final: I will stay there if I am on a limited budget again for one night.

Happy Thanksgiving
The rooms were really clean and comfortable. We stayed there over Thanksgiving and the staff was very friendly. They hosted a Thanksgiving lunch for the guests. They also invited guests that were interested in putting up the Christmas tree which was an added plus for the holiday period. It was a great buy. Don't expect a continental breakfast, though, I was quite okay with having muffins and tea in the mornings.

Stay Away if you want Comfort
Hotel is on a very noisy, busy street, cars can be heard loudly 24 hours a day. There was mold in the shower and the beds are harder than most rocks. I tried to get out of 2 of the 3 days of the reservation, but the hotel wouldn't refund the money so we were stuck staying there all 3 days. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Comfortable short stay
I thought the hotel was great for what I was there for. The hotel is no more or less than ordinary, the staff was fantastic and very nice though my two night stay. The hotel is a very short drive from the Galleria for those who are wanting to shop. Overall a good experience and I would have no problem staying with them again in the future.

First time Houston
Very nice staff
The hotel experience was great. Nice size rooms and very polite and nice staff. Located in the Galleria area on Fairview. Easy access the interstate and not far from downtown. The real gem is on Fairview itself. Don't forget to continue up Fairview to see all the great places to eat and shop. Too many restaurants to count. Want to bar hop? Washington Ave is the place to be. Houston people are so darn friendly. I loved it.

BED BUGS
most disgusting experience ever!!, can you imagine to see bed bugs over your three month old baby???? The hotel staff got my wife and baby out of the room to the lobby without offering another room while I was in Houston for a job interview. When I came back I saw my wife and baby on the lobby, hungry and angry for 6 hours and no one from the hotel offered food or a new room, NOTHING!. We had to threw away our baby pillow and to dry clean all the clothe that touched the bed by recommendation of the pest control people. The hotel OWNER, refused to pay for our dry cleaning or baby pillow and of course NO relocation. BED BUGS! come on. Never again, worst customer service ever.

Low cost but for a reason
For a "Galleria Hotel", this hotel is not up to par. Breakfast is minimal. The location is quiet as were the guests and it is a convenient location. However, the neighborhood is not Galleria level at all. Wi Fi did not work one day. After a week stay, the level of cleanliness made it clear I will not return. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. That was the best part.
