Location, nice overall, good value
We picked it mainly for location, it was near what we wanted to do. We felt it was a good value. We would use it again.

Kinda creepy
The hotel was in a bad area of town. Outside was shabby looking. Hardly any parking. Actual room was ok.

ok to stay in
the room is kind of smelly when oping the door, but after using the fan for a while, it's ok to stay in, the breakfast is not so various in types. the room is relatively clean

it's only about 3 mins drive to Houston outlets, and you can get away from the rush-hour crowds, and select your own likes in the early evening

Location is close to everything
Continental breakfast morning is great, There is a beautiful selection of various choice to chose from. I had plenty of room, the bed was super cozy. The televition picture was perfect there was a desk and living area (couch) I could get work done and relax. there was also a pool, The staff was remarkable they had answer for all my question. My room was also cleaned daily during my departures. The location is close to everything. I will surely visit again!!!!! Thanks for all the great time.

it was a good place to stay
the only problem is that there was only 9 channels on the tv and 4 of them where in spanish,

Get What You Pay For
America's Best Value Inn was exactly that, you get the Best Value for what you pay. I shouldn't have expected much for what I paid but just be aware of that going into the situation. The outlets in the bathroom area did not work, there were cigarette burns on the sheets even though it was a non-smoking room and the maid service was okay the first day when we left early for our day's adventures but the next day we had a late start and just happened to be there when they came to clean the room. That day they did a rush job and only cleaned half the room. For some reason, after that day, they never completed the job! This is a hotel I recommend to stay at if you don't intend to spend much time in the hotel room.

There are plenty of places to eat within walking distence although I reccomend driving because the hotel is alongside a highway so there aren't suffiencet sidewalks.
