Hotel was good for the price you pay, it was inexpensive for a quick night get away.

Did not like that my and my spouse's driver license images were taken along with my credit card.

the location was good and the front desk people were very nice. When I got my room it smelt stale and was dingy. I didnt think to complain because honestly I was only going to be sleeping there and spend most of the day out. Halfway home I realized I forgot to unplug my phone charger from behind the coffee pot. When I contacted them to see if they would possibly mail it for me or hold it for a friend to go pick up. They acted as if I was annoying them and said they would see what they could do and call me back. A manager called me back and informed me I did not leave my charger, when I told her i was positive i had left it and told her exactly where it was she accused me of smoking in my room even though I don't smoke and requested a non smoking room. Of course she didnt bring this up until I tried to argue with her about my charger disappearing.Overall I dontt hink Ill be staying there again..

The location was very scary and i was afraid to go out of my room after certain time.. My room has not been cleaned even once since i moved in!!!I have been staying 12 days!!!!The rooms are very dark and smell was all the time so terrible!!!AC did not help to get rid of it!I wish i could change the hotel of the package...Even for such a decent price the i was expecting not like that!

We flew into Dallas to attend a funeral in Longview, Tx. (2 hrs away) This hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods. The night check in lady keeps the inside lights turned off so she can see what's going on outside. At first I thought they were closed. They do have security cameras. It is old but fairly clean. They do not make up your bed or clean the room each day at all during your stay. They do not provide coffee for the coffee maker or hair dryers or shampoo that most motels provide. This is an Extended stay hotel which appears to be more of a short term residence Not a motel. It was a place to lay our head for a few hours for 2 nights. I've never stayed in a motel that they didn't provide usual expected services. This should be mentioned in their description. So you know to bring the things you'll need on the airplane with you.

Took a long time to check in. After checking in, one of the rooms reserved was not ready to be used. It looked as though it had been ransacked. No coffee for coffee pot, low water pressure, hot water luke warm.

I came to assist to my cousin's wedding,so it served it's purpose. But I would've liked a little more in the way of ammenities.There was no iron in the room,you had to go get it at the front desk...And return it immediately after you were done. After spending Two nights in the room,I never noticed the room picked up or the towells changed. Like I said, I was by myself so it served it's purpose,but I think the service was on the mediocre side.I gess the price was appropriate for what you get.

My most pleasant surprise to this experience was it literally took only 30 seconds to check in. The staff as a whole were very friendly and accommadating to their ability. The location was wonderful as I needed to be close to my daughters' home, her school and easy access to highways and shopping. My only true dissatisfaction was that I could have only two bath towels in the room at a time unless I paid extra. I did not find this to be very good customer service. All in all, though, the room was clean. We were able to dine in the room when ever we wanted to eat as this was a suite and offered a small kitchenette. I will recommend this hotel to any one travelling to the Dallas area and I myself will stay there again when visiting my daughters.
