The staff at a hotel is the first and last impression you have of your stay. This hotel has a super staff, accentuated by a wonderful shuttle commander who makes you feel that you really do matter! It is sometimes those simple things that make you feel welcome. The suite was very large, and had great comfortable beds. The kitchen area was perfect for a short stay with plenty of eating space. The breakfast buffet is always a plus for the on-the-go traveler, too. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels....and plenty of LCD TV's to get your morning fix. The area is also a hotbed of activity for Dallas culture and food. We will be back!

Great Location
Great Location. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions and the convention center. Arrived just in time for Happy Hour, hor dourves, wine and beer. The server offered us suggestions for restaurants in the area and we found a great one only two blocks away. We had a complete breakfast with lots of choices. Parking was convenient and self parking was not very expensive. The service was friendly and helpful. Our stay was brief but we would certainly stay here again when we are in Dallas.

Dallas World Aquarium is a real treat. It was a very pleasant surprise, doesn't look like much from the outside but it was very interesting, lush and informative.

staff were super friendly and helpful, location was teriffic and close to everything in downtown dallas. the room was large with lots of space and very nice for the price paid. i would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

One Night in Downtown Dallas
I took a room at this hotel for my friend and I the night of the Clapton/Winwood concert in Dallas. We work in downtown Dallas and did not want to face the parking lot departure or driving home late at night. The room was clean and adequate for that purpose. The breakfast buffet was quite large with many choices. The hot items were hot and tasty. The only real problem was that the bed closest to the AC had several dead gnats on it, presumably from the AC.
