The hotel i think is good value. Some cons are that there is no safe in the room and it small and in Texas I would have expected bigger since realestate is not as tight as a major city in the northeast. Pool is rather small. We were traveling with an infant and had difficulty getting a fridge to store milk in our first night. For those with small children they have one high chair for the breakfast buffet. Clearly unacceptable for a hotel this large. we kept our daughter in her stroller. Bed is very comfortable, water pressure is adequate, TV is flat screen, and breakfast buffet is included. You can definitely eat enough to fill you to skip lunch. Great potatoes.

Galleria mall is close to hotel and you can just walk out the back 4-5 blocks and you are right there.

Need to have late checkout.
On the day that i was checking out my party and I were running kinda late and called down to the front desk to request a late check out. I was informed that the hotel did not offer a late check out and that we would have to be out on time. This is the first time that I have ever been denied a late check out at a hotel and it was very inconvenient.

Hotel review
The hotel is nice but is surrounded by massive highway construction. There was not enough parking so I would actually have to park outside on the street, though I was charged for daily parking. The housekeeping wasn't too good.

I had a quick meeting in Dallas and this hotel fit the bill. Super nice lobby and restaurant. Very clean and great staff. Some limited food options but overall great experience.

Convenient
Very nice hotel. Everything was very clean, great amenities. The gym was probably the best hotel gym I ever used - all brand new Life Fitness equipment. The pool was a little bit small and there was no hot tub. Only downside was all the little things you had to pay extra for that most hotels don't charge for like parking, wifi, and continental breakfast. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Dallas Galleria
Great location; clean and almost luxurious. Very organized and courteous staff. Very neat gym with plenty of equipment. Walking distance to Galeria. Easy access from DFW and easy to get anywhere in Dallas off US 635.

Great stay
Be prepared to pay for extra un-expected costs (not just for online customers - they apply to all customers) Parking is $10 a night. Wi-Fi in the room is NOT free. It is $11.95/night. Those costs sucked. Also, there is a lot of road construction in this area so be prepared to take some back roads to get to the actual hotel.
