This was a pretty descent hotel. For the amount I paid to stay there was great value for my buck. I think it would have been a lot better if we would have booked during the time when the hotel was not remodling.

Short walk from hotel
During our stay we visited a chinese resteraunt within walking distance of the hotel. They had very good food for the value and this hotel has more stores and fast food resteraunts around the area.

One of Those Cheap Owner Hotels
It's one of those cheap person hotel's owner. They kept my credit card transaction open in case if I break or make damage to the hotel's facilities. They even have a price list in the room for every single item such as: towel, bed sheets, iron, ... which tells you if you make any damage to them they will charge you. They would charge you for using the facilities which you already paid for they stay. This is absolutely abusive and ridiculous. On top of that, I booked a non smoking room but they put my pregnant girl, 18 months baby and I in the smoking section which we found out when we were leaving and it was too late. I should mention the microwave in room. And also the BKfast was alright.

Nice and Clean
I was there for a business conference at the hotel next door but didnt want to spend the money there. The room was a non smoking kind with a desk. I loved that there was a microwave and a fridge there since there is no restaurants near by. They are however building an In and Out right next door. Which will be fun. The hotel staff was really nice, the breakfast served was great. Overall nice and quiet.

Just down the street there is a CVS pharmacy so save the builk of your traveling suitcases and just go to the pharmacy there is snacks there too :)

Decent for the price.
No complaints really. Nothing spectacular about the hotel. Staff was nice. Room wasn't extravigant or new, but not gross, dirty or old either.

Location great, room easy access
Breakfast variety good - coffee excellent - our room coffee pot was missing parts so reported to front desk when leaving hotel. We will stay there again

Afraid I was disappointed.
In town for a convention. I picked this hotel due to location to conference and other LaQuita's I've stayed at have been very nice. Was staying with someone else and was embarrassed at the conditions of the hotel, inside and out. Even the pool and hot tub were dirty and unkempt with pool supplies lying around on ground, net ripped up;was a mess. Room dark, unclean, blk in the wht grout, carpet dirty, smelled unpleasant.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
[...] Once finding the hotel the desk clerk was very friendly. Only problems found with the hotel was that we booked a non smoking room and found it to be so. However once out in the hallway we could hardly breathe for the cloud of smoke from all the other smoking rooms. I believe it would be better to have non smoking floors and not a few non smoking rooms mixed in with the smoking rooms.
