We were just passing thru, the location was great, the size of bathroom was nice, breakfast was great, the room could have been cleaner and they should designate a floor just for smokers and pets and monitor all entrances for people trying to sneek them up. Staff does not need to come to room unless called or the guest have checked out.

Central location
No special, no issues. Room was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and flat screen TV. Wafflehouse on the corner and movie theaters 5 minutes away.

Older Hotel That Has Been Remodeled
We booked this hotel because it was close to a pro football stadium in the metroplex. This is some 30 minutes away from this location. The travel web site we used did not show a listing for actual name of the new stadium; hence our confusion. We were not at all pleased. This hotel is ok, but it is in an older area of the metroplex and not where I would normally choose to stay in this area.

The good and the bad.
The elevator quit working while we were there and it was difficult to get our baggage back to the car. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.

Not very friendly
The customer service was not good. I went on a trip for business. When I checked into the hotel it was ok, they did their job but it was not anything special that stood out to me. But the longer that I was there the service just went down. I had a problem and one lady was very nice and acted like she was going to help me but some how another woman there tried to take over and was very rude and so I ask to speak to the manager. She then told me that he was at lunch and that she did not know when he would be back and that she could not call him. I waited around for a call from him for hours. I called back a few times because it had been so long and she actually hung up on me one time. It was later on that day, several hours later before I finally got to talk to him. The issue was worked out but it was an awful experience. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Has what you need
Room was larger enough to do karate kata's and pinion's once I moved a table; decent free beakfast, nice excercise room, several retaurants within a mile, walk to Starbucks, one minute off I35

We were apartment shopping, the hotel staff was helpful, but the breakfast area was dirty.

There are notvery many restaurants around the hotel. The area immediately around the hotel was not bad, but outside of 3-5 blocks was very questionable. I wouldn't stay at this location again.
